SUPP Public Complaints Bureau was recently approached by purchasers of houses constructed by a developer in the Muara Tuang area, who informed that the occupation permits to the houses they purchased some four (4) years ago have yet to be issued. Local government Minister, Senator Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian, held a fun filled media night at the Carvery restaurant here recently. Dr. Sim also introduced the political secretary to the Chief Minister, the Councillors from Padawan Municipal council and Kuching city South. He thanked the media for working with SUPP during the recent 11th State election held in May this year.

首席部长政治秘书邓文武于日前与泗里街县议会进行两次会议，以理解泗里街地区的课题。 首个会议是与土著社区领袖、天猛公和长屋领袖，第二个会议是与华人社区领袖。 邓文武表示，政治秘书是州政府与社区之间的沟通桥梁，而他希望任何民生课题都可以借由此桥梁尽快传达，让课题尽速解决。
沈桂贤颁发马运会夺牌选手奖励
部长亲自登门送奖励，让健儿在马运会夺牌后，再迎来意外惊喜。 砂州举行的第18届马来西亚运动会于7月31日圆满落幕，本土健儿整体表现不俗，让本州最终在马运会奖牌榜位居第二，拿下亚军。而居住于石角地区健儿的表现也相当出色，贡献6面金牌。 砂地方政府部长兼石角区州议员拿督沈桂贤于日前亲自登门造访其选区上成功在赛会夺牌的健儿住家，为他们送上个人奖励。 值得一提的是，居住于石角的夺牌健儿是来自中华武术和马来武术项目，其中马来武术项目就占了6人，可见石角区是培育武术运动人才的“摇篮”。 唯一来自中华武术项目的健儿是黄乾政，他个人在马运会中独取两面金牌，分别是来自枪术和剑术项目。 沈桂贤在人联党石角服务中心的一项午宴上，为他送上奖励。 而在马来武术项目夺牌的健儿是莫哈末沙鲁（1面金牌）、莫哈末菲道斯（1面金牌）、丽娜莎薇娜（1面金牌）、诺阿玛丽（1面金牌）、莫哈末诺艾扎（1面银牌）和马克安东尼（1面铜牌）。 在造访的过程中，沈桂贤为健儿送上祝贺，并且勉励他们继续追求更好的成绩，在体育竞技舞台上为本州和大马争光。 健儿的父母与家人也对于沈桂贤的亲自到访感到喜出望外，并把握机会与部长交流关于地区上的发展与民生问题。 让沈桂贤感到惊叹的是，一些运动员虽然是来自贫苦家庭，但还是无阻他们在体育界里追求上进，取得优异成绩。他也在造访行程上，赞扬这些运动员的父母所付出的心血与用心栽培。 陪同沈桂贤造访杰出健儿者包括人联党石角支部主席陈如飞、首长政治秘书陈开、苏莉群、巴达旺市议员叶耀星及杨典强。

符祥威：加入非国阵成员党行为等同背叛
砂人联党青年团宣教秘书符祥威律师今日在文告中表明，芒蒙区州议员拿督耶里苏休、奥巴区州议员拉浓米纳和英吉利里区州议员佐尼科拉永当初欲成为国阵直属候选人之前，均同意退出联民党，并承诺在中选之后，加入任何一个国阵成员党。 他说，这是当时他们答应遵守的承诺，惟在国阵成员党敞开门户欢迎他们加入的情况下，他们却选择重返非国阵成员的联民党，此举等同背叛国阵。 符祥威强调，联民党并非是国阵成员党。 他指出，砂人联党主席拿督沈桂贤一直以来都阐明，人联党的大门随时为想要归队的人而打开，这立场到如今还是维持，没有改变。
石角水管提升工程
耗资50万令吉的石角4个地区的自来水水管提升工程，将会惠及地区上50户家庭。 砂人联党巴都吉当区州议员兼巴达旺市议会主席罗克强指出，在党主席兼地方政府部长拿督沈桂贤争取下，石角4个地区的自来水水管获得提升工程。 他强调，这些工程是人联党争取，因为该党已为这些地区的自来水水管提升工程，向政府申请两年多才获得批准。而并非反对党所言般“今天去投诉隔天就做好”如此简单。 他指出，罗知港的自来水水管长约500米，耗资10万令吉，于3天前开始动工进行提升，目前已是把全部衔接水管埋在地底，即将为当地居民提供更完善的自来水供应服务。 “这些工程是由古晋水务局进行，接下来他们将会提升该区的金珠、金盛和金马，预计会于今年年杪完工。”
陈超耀主持植树活动
砂人联党卑尔骚区州议员拿督陈超耀提醒人们必须保护环境，包括通过植树来打造绿色环境。 他强调，每个人都有责任确保下一代也可以享有好的大自然环境。 “自然环境对人们的生活非常重要，而且具有直接性的影响。近来全球气候变幻无穷，造成许多自然界的灾难和特殊的情况出现，这都是大自然的警告。” 陈超耀是日前为达扬企业有限公司所举办的百棵树苗种植活动上致辞时，如是表示。 他表示，当今有一些不负责任的公司，对大自然环境造成了许多污染，破坏自然生态，对于空气、土地和水源都带来污染，这是非常不负责任的行为。 而他赞扬达扬企业有限公司对爱护大自然环境所做出的努力和贡献，他对于有这么一个私人界愿意付出努力来爱护和保护美里市的大自然环境而感到欣慰。
