沈桂贤：新分层地契管理法令料今年生效
砂地方政府与房屋部长拿督沈桂贤透露，砂房屋部将于今年制定新的分层地契管理法令，并希望可以在今年内实施生效。 他说，该法令一旦生效，有关分层地契管理法令将赋予分层住宅管理委员会的权限。该分层地契管理法案目前已在草拟当中，该法案内容包括授权管理委员会处理分层住宅单位的停车位规划、扩建、装修、油漆等事宜。 沈桂贤出席与煤炭路富来银达花园组屋区居民进行交流会时，感谢首长阿邦佐哈里批准1100万令吉拨款，作为房屋发展机构于全砂15个组屋区、逾万户单位进行测量与发出分层地契用途。 “煤炭路富来银达花园组屋区，成为最优先获得测量与发出分层地契。” 他说，砂房屋发展机构与砂政府解决有关组屋分层地契问题，因为在这之前该组屋因未获得分层地契而无法进行买卖或转让。 同时，砂房屋发展机构首席执行员阿斯曼披露指出，该机构将优先为18栋位于煤炭路富来银达花园的组屋区内的570个住户单位，进行单位测量工作及分发分层地契。 “测量官员将会在这个月里或下个月内，到该区进行测量工作。” 阿斯曼披露，该区组屋的总地契已获得批准，但还需耗时3至6个月去完成单位测量工作，因这需要时间和金钱去进行，所需一年时间来完成及分发分层地契。他补充，目前该砂房屋发展机构已经为该区组屋处理了维修工作，包括漏水问题、阻塞问题等。
530名美里警员提前投票

Barisan Nasional/SUPP candidate Datuk Sebastian Ting went on an early walkabout in Tamu Muhibbah in Miri yesterday morning. Ting, who is also Piasau State assemblyman, will face Pakatan Harapan’s Dr Michael Teo Yu Keng from PKR. Dr Teo won 1992 against Ting in the last general election.
