砂人联党中央青年总团长程明智今日质问砂希盟领袖中代表砂拉越人民的国会议员们，难道他们如今做了政府，在新政府内无权？还是张健仁为了当官就静静不敢出声，当家不当权的助纣为虐任由国油掠夺砂拉越境内的石油资源？ 他质疑张健仁是否也默许？因为从砂拉越希望联盟的文告中，他们没有对联邦政府和举动做出任何阻止。 他强调，不论是谁当政府，砂拉越人的权益砂拉越资源都不被允许侵蚀。 程明智发表文告回应砂希盟领袖们之前在报章上所发表的言论指，国油公司入禀联邦法院厘清国油公司在1974年石油发展法令下对国内石油资源的法律权力，是抢了先机，导致砂拉越处于被动和危险的地步： 1. 土地和领海本来就是属于砂拉越的，何来“砂拉越处于被动”之说呢？“明智在文告中质疑砂希盟领袖们以上言论的逻辑。你是地主，外人要进入你的土地从事商业活动。试问是地主要入禀法庭证明自己是地主，还是外人要入禀法庭宣判他有权进入该土地进行商业活动？“”答案非常简单：是外人需要提出证据证明自己是有合法理由进入你的土地进行商业活动！而不是地主需要证明。而且当外人入禀法庭时，怎么会说是抢了地主先机呢？地主还是地主。法庭还是需要按照法律来审判，而不是先告状的先得！ 2. 砂拉越的立场一直是强调砂拉越土地和领海在上个世纪50年代就已经规划清楚是属于砂拉越主权的。在和马来亚，沙巴，新加坡组成马来西亚后，砂拉越的领土和领海一样还是属于砂拉越的，包括了在内的一切天然资源。这些都是联邦宪法清楚规定的。后来联邦政府借着1969年颁布的紧急法令，强行通过了违宪的1974年石油发展法令和之后一样违宪的2012年领海法令。以上联邦法律违宪和侵犯砂拉越主权的条文希盟国州议员包括张健仁等人民代议士都认同的。我想质问希盟国会议员们，既然都晓得这些联邦法令侵犯砂拉越主权，除了在报章上“奚落”砂拉越政府，代表砂拉越人民在朝的他们接下来有什么捍卫砂拉越主权的行动和计划？ “我想提醒所有砂拉越希盟国会议员，你们是在联邦政府里面唯一代表砂拉越人民的国会议员，如果当家却不当权，就算争取到部长职位又有什么意义？” 他强调，砂拉越人民不是要看希盟国会议员在报章上发表言论，或是要求某人道歉。砂拉越人民要你们在希盟政府里面告诉首相，砂拉越的主权不可侵犯！1974年石油发展法令和2012年领海法令不能超越1963年马来西亚契约和联邦宪法。它们是违宪法令需要立刻检讨！国油公司必须尊重砂拉越主权，要在砂拉越开采石油就要遵行砂拉越1958年石油矿业法令！
Special Financial Aid to civil servants
The Sarawak government has decided to give RM500 Special Financial Aid to civil servants in conjunction with the festive season this month. A press statement from the Chief Minister’s Office said the special aid will be paid on Wednesday (June 13). The civil servants who qualify include those still serving on or before June 5. The special financial aid also includes Sarawak statutory bodies and local authorities.

砂拉越政府宣布，将派发500令吉的特别援助金给砂政府公务员。 首长公署在一篇文告中宣布，所有在今年6月5日或之前任职的州公务员，包括州法定机构和地方议会的职员都能领得这笔特别援助金。特别援助金将于本月13日发出。 砂政府是配合本月的达雅节和开斋节而发出这笔特别援助金。

世界环境日推展回收计划
新欣购物广场配合世界环境日正式推展回收计划（Operation Recycle）运动，只要把空塑料瓶或铝罐投入机器，民众就能获得一张兑换券。该活动是由砂地方政府与房屋部长拿督沈桂贤主持推展。 沈桂贤表示，即使环保课题向来都是该部所关注的，但除非获得众人的支持及协助，这将是非常艰难的一项任务。 他感到欣慰，新欣购物广场与斯威本科技大学砂分校的共同配合下，推行了这项环保运动，更提高了民众对环境保护的意识。筹办单位不只透过创新的方式推介这项环保运动，更以兑换券的奖励方式来鼓励人们踊跃回收，改变整个城市对环境整洁及环保的文化。 新欣购物广场总经理拿汀林枚潓说，这也将是古晋首个“回收贩卖机（Recycle Vending Machine）”，当民众投入小于600毫升的空塑料瓶或铝罐时，该贩卖机就会打印出兑换券，而成功集合指定数目的民众，就能在购物广场内的商店使用兑换券获得折扣。 她说，本身是于去年出国旅游时发现类似的“回收贩卖机”，当下她就认为古晋需要有这样的环保概念。而非常荣幸在斯威本科技大学砂分校的配合下，他们设计并创建了古晋首台回收贩卖机。 新欣购物广场是于4月22日开始这项回收运动，而截至5月杪，配合的商店总共兑换约1000张折扣券，意指在5个星期内，该运动成功收集5280个塑料瓶及铝罐。为了继续鼓励民众参与这项环保运动，新欣购物广场将陆续推出超优惠促销。
程明智：汤米托马斯有资格担任总检察长
人联党青年团总团长程明智认为，联邦宪法明确了任命总检察长的门槛，因此汤米托马斯是有资格担任希望联盟政府的下一任联邦政府总检察长。他强调，在考虑联邦政府新总检察长候选人时，有关部门只需根据联邦宪法严格考虑候选人的资格。 他发表文告，针对希望联盟政府提出任命一位资深的宪法律师汤米托马斯为联邦政府下一任总检察长的建议，发表评论。他表示，根据“联邦宪法”第145条文明显指出，有资格被任命为总检察长的人，是有资格担任联邦法院法官的人。 他说，根据“联邦宪法”第123条文，这个人必须是公民，在被任命前的十年内，他应该是一名辩护律师和法律服务的提倡者或成员。 “宪法明确了任命总检察长的的门槛。除了上述的相关条例，没有其他要求。因此，我认为托马斯是有资格担任希望联盟政府的下一任联邦政府总检察长的合格人选。” 程明智强调，砂人联党始终坚持维护联邦宪法作为这片土地的最高法律，该党坚信联邦宪法不以任何方式歧视任何种族或宗教，反之，联邦宪法是马来西亚多种族，多宗教，多文化，民主和世俗社区的基石。

沈桂贤：人联党坚决捍卫砂权益
