Sarawak Awakens Forum
Sarawak Awakens Forum on Jan 24th from 1 pm to 4 pm at Miri IT Library.
SUPP Miri invites all the people who are interested to know the historical facts about the formation of Malaysia to attend the “Sarawak Awakens” Forum by the renowned researcher Mr Zainnal Ajamain.
According to the Organising Chairman, Mr Adam Yii, the speaker Mr Zannail Ajamain will bring with him several documents, including some confidential documents, like Inter Governmental Committee (IGC) Reports 1962 and Malaysia Agreement 1963.
The speaker, Mr Zainnal Ajamain, is an eloquent and engaging speaker and will elaborate on the “forgotten” historical events and facts with Mandarin and English subtitles provided.
It is important that the desires of Sarawakians to regain their rights and autonomy must be based on legal documents, agreements and facts. Thus Sarawakians need to know that why Sarawak is not a state in Malaysia but one of the three nations that formed The Federation Malaysia now. The other two are The Federated States of Malaya and Sabah.
The admission to the forum is free and open to public at Miri IT Library from 1 pm to 4 pm on January 24th, Sunday.
The public can contact Mr Adam Yii (0128784012) or Mr Karambir Singh (016785500) for further information.
