CM grant for Zhu En Methodist church
A total of RM50,000 of CM grant was handed to Zhu En Methodist church for the expansion of the church building by SUPP President, Senator Datuk Dr. Sim.
The church needs a total of M$1.8 million for its expansion plan.
Dr. Sim said in Sarawak, everyone respects each other religion despite all of us are very strong in our own faith. We treasure our tolerance, peace and harmony.
We should use our energy and resources to help each other build mosque, churches and temples and will not tolerate the Malaya culture of time wasting effort on stupid issues! Religion is very personal matter to each individual, he added.
