SUPP Pending Branch BR1M Service Counter

SUPP Pending Branch BR1M service team will set up a service counter at the Kenyalang wet market on Sunday (27th December 2015), 7am to 11am, for assist the public to apply and up-date BR1M information.

Members of the public can approach our counter, bring their own and spouse’s identity card (MyCard), children’s identity card or birth certificate, latest pay slip, bank account information and beneficiaries’ identity information. The crew will assist to fill in the form for application or up-date their records.

Applicants from single parent families are advised to provide related information such as divorce certificate, death certificate etc.

For Online application or up-date, the public must provide the bank account and beneficiaries’ identity information. The due date of application and up-date is on 31st December 2015. Public are advised to take action as soon as possible, and not to wait until the last minute.

They can also visit SUPP HQ and the respective branch for assistance.
