During the meeting, it was discovered that the school was in need of an additional trained teacher and an assistant student administrative officer  before the commencement of the school session in 2016 as a total of 75 students have already enrolled with SJK Chung Hua Primary School Lundu for pre-school classes commencing in 2016.

The school board also informed that they were facing some financial shortfall in the construction of the additional school building and requested for additional funding from the Government. The school board also requested for financial assistance from the Government to purchase computers for the usage of the students in the school.

After listening to the residents and after making a preliminary assessment of their problem, Encik Sakan requested the School Board to write a formal letter listing out their requests to YB Dato Sri Wan Junaidi Bin Tuanku Jaafar.

The school board also requested for assistance to follow up with Land & Survey Department to speed up the issuance of new document of title for the school. SUPP Public Complains Bureau Chief promised to assist them on the speedy issuance of the school’s land title with Land & Survey Department.
