Dr Sim extending a helping hand
SUPP President Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian and Amy Tnay went to help out a youth, 21-years old Azwan, who unfortunately lost 1/4 of the left brain following an unfortunate incident last year. He is slowly recovering after undergoing physiotherapy.
Azwan has 11 sibling and his younger sister, Norsyawalia and younger brother Ismandi, stopped schooling to look after him. Now with the recovery, after the kind and speedy assistance of the Director of Sarawak State Education Department, they are finally able to go back to school.
Dr. Sim who heard of Azwan’s plight, paid a visit to him recently and assured his sister and brother that as long as they study hard, he will always be ready to assist them to gain entry into university if they do well.
