PRS youth on MH17
PRS Youth condemn the downing of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17, describing it as an act of ‘evil’.
PRS Youth concurred with the party president YB Tan Sri Datuk Amar Dr James Masing that Russia’s president Vladimir Putin is morally bound to assist for the sake of humanity by pressuring the separatist group.
“We demand the armed group and states in the region to give their full cooperation to allow the international investigation and rescue teams to enter the crash area,” stressed Bit Surang, who is its Publicity Chief.
“The crash site should not be tempered and all evidence should not be removed. The ‘black box’ should be returned to Malaysia for further examination,” he said.
“The United Nation should play a leading role in imposing international law on the perpetrator. We have enough of lip service by the sole body whose is supposed to upheld human rights and peace in the world.
So far their role seem to be ineffective to pressure Russia and the separatist armed group to allow access for the international rescue team to secure the crash area.
Malaysia being a one of the UN member should considering calls for a Security Council emergency meeting to condemn the evil and cowardly by the terrorist whose didn’t respect international law and human life.
All Malaysian should stand together and put a stop to any blame game. This is the time we show our solidarity to the world that we have a common voice so that the perpetrator can be brought to justice,” he said.
