Tnay Li Ping explaining to the house owner on why drainage upgrading needs to be done
A house owner at Taman Wui Lee, Everbright refused to let contractors do upgrading work at the drain in the front portion of his house. Work was incompleted due to the protest put up by the particular house owner.
He claimed that he himself had repaired the drain recently.
Padawan Municipal Council (MPP) councillor Tnay Li Ping and the community leader visited the owner this morning to explain to the house owner the importance of upgrading works held by MPP.
After talking to the owner agreed to let contractors to complete the job. Tnay said it is part of the drainage upgrading to prevent flash flood there. The contractor is expected complete work by this week.
