Dr sim please with the arrival of the 2nd phase of the vaccine
Minister of Local Government and Housing Minister, Dato’ Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian expressed happiness at the arrival of the second shipment of 31,590 doses of vaccine which had arrived Kuching safely.
The second shipment was also from Pfizer from Belgium to Singapore to Subang and finally Kuching.
He said the vaccine will be distributed to the remaining three divisions which included Miri, Bintulu and Limbang.
All the 12 divisions of Sarawak will have the vaccination program onSaturday.
Dr. Sim thanked Federal Government Vaccines Task Force and all the cold chain logistic for the shipment and added that Sarawak Government will work very closely with KKM and SCOVAG on the ambitious rolled out program for Phase 2 and Phase 3.
He said Sarawak government hoped to vaccinate as many as possible, as fast as possible and as soon as possible.
