UNIFOR for churches and temples
Phase 1 ($38 million out of $50 million) of UNIFOR financial grants for construction of temples and churches was distributed recently, said Local government and Housing Minister, Dato’ Sri Dr. Sim Kui Hian.
He said the allocations were distributed by Deputy Chief Minister, Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah to the YB of the respective constituency.
Dr. Sim said Sarawak Government is the only State that has such an unit under CM’s Dept and has been consistent giving annual grants since 2017 by Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abg Johari.
