PRS youth statement
PRS Youth Statement 19 June 2014
PRS Youth felt antagonised by Dato Sri Wong Soon Koh and his group asking for judicial review on SUPP’s fate as SUPP is one of the BN component party.
The act of this group which is similar to what the late Datuk Amar James Wong and his group did in SNAP’s case BUT for opposite reasons.
James Wong wanted to revive SNAP after it was de registered by ROS, while Wong Song Koh wanted to de-register SUPP after ROS revived it. Judicial review is sought by both parties for similar reason: to nullify ROS rulings.
James Wong and his group wanted SNAP to live, while Wong Soon Koh & group want SUPP to die.
Who among these two (James Wong and Wong Soon Koh) has a more honourable intention in this case. Let the public decide.
The reason for de registration are similar. Both contravening ROS laws and regulations.
