Dato’ Sebastian helping out with land titles

Five families were beaming with joy after SUPP Publicity Chief, Dato’ Sebastian Ting, assisted them to get land titles for their houses at Kampung Sealine.

Yesterday, Ting gave the titles to the families as he has promised them to assist with the application for the title in 2011.

Ting said there are 45 families who had been staying there since 1998.

The families were distributed lots and yesterday they were given the titles.

A house owner, Lawan who gathered the families together, gave a letter of appreciation to Ting who was also invited to attend a wedding there.

Ting said there was water supply at the communal place and he said now with the land titles, the house owners could applied for electricity and water.

He also urged a few families to co-operate as they were building the house right in the middle of a proposed road by JKR.

Due to their refusal to rebuild nearby, Ting said the JKR were unable to give them proper roads.
