SUPP Pending Branch BR1M service team
SUPP Pending Branch BR1M service team will set up they service counter at the Kenyalang Market on Sunday (24 Dec) to assist members of the public to apply and up-date BR1M information.
Members of the Public are adviced to bring their own and their spouse’s identity card (I.C), children’s identity card or birth certificate, latest pay slip, bank account information and beneficiaries identity information. The crew will assist to fill in the form for application or up-date.
Applicants from single parent families are advised to provide related information (divorce certificate, death certificate etc) to avoid their application being rejected by LHDN.
The Public may also visit SUPP Pending office during working hour on Monday to Friday (8am-12pm, 2pm-4.30pm). Their Office address: Lot 7159, Supreme Garden, Upper Chawan Road, Kuching. Contact number: 082-331776, 082-332667, 082-335373.
