Rectifying complain by business community of Kota Sentosa Commercial area
SUPP Public Complaints Bureau (SUPP PCB) was recently approached by the business community of Kota Sentosa Commercial area who complained that the direction of road signs had been painted in the opposite direction and the parking lines have been wrongly painted parallel instead of slanting as was the case before resurfacing works was carried out.
The matter was highlighted and brought up to the attention of Majlis Perbandaran Padawan (MPP) and the contractor of MPP awarded the resurfacing and road painting works.
SUPP PCB have been informed by MPP and Contractor that the repainting works have been completed to the satisfaction of the complainants.
