SUPP Central Youth Chairman Tan Kai is appealing to the general public to remain calm as the party staff is working hard to ensure that BR1M 3.0 data are available to qualified recipients who can check their application status via the party’s official website at (http://www.supp.org.my).

“We are trying our best to compile the data and make it available to the general public so they can check their status in our party’s official website. The data will be updated in a few days.”

“Applicants under SUPP’s constituencies should be able to check their status via our party’s official website in just a few days. If your name did not appear in the system, please try checking again in a day or two as the database will be updated from time to time”, he added.

Distribution of 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M) 3.0 is scheduled to start on Feb 22 onward while those who do not have bank accounts will get their BR1M vouchers in phases starting Feb 23.

According to Second Finance Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah, the government has allocated RM4.6 bil where 7.9 million recipients will benefit from the assistance.

Under BR1M, aid to households earning below RM3,000 will be increased from RM500 to RM650, while aid to single individuals above 21 years who earn below RM2,000 monthly will be increased from RM250 to RM300.

For the first time, BR1M 3.0 will be extended to households with monthly income of between RM3,000 to RM4,000 who will receive RM450.
