New fire hydrant installed at Jalan Ketitir after years of community advocacy

Padawan Municipal Councillor Gerald Goh has welcomed the installation of a new fire hydrant at Jalan Ketitir, describing it as the result of more than two decades of persistent advocacy by residents and continuous efforts by community leaders. Goh said resident Chai Chien Sheng had been raising concerns about the lack of functional fire hydrants in the area for over 20 years.
