Teras and UPP will not be accepted into Barisan

砂民进党始终反对让新党加入国阵
砂民进党强调，该党绝对不会同意让新党加入国阵。 党代主席拿督斯里张庆信太平局绅说，无论是砂州国阵，或是全国国阵，都不应接纳新党的成立，同时，任何人都不应强迫任何国阵成员党必须同意让新党加入国阵。 他严正表示，砂民进党不认同砂人民力量党及联民党的理念与目标。 他说，砂土保党高级副主席拿督阿玛阿旺登雅指砂州国阵应该接纳联民党，纯属是后者的个人见解。 另外，张庆信也揭露，他接获许多人投诉，指他们被强迫加入新党。 “为何要以各种手段强迫人们加入新党，包括扬言撤换社区领袖身份或撤走工程项目？” 他表示，一些人还不懂他们当初能在选举胜选，是因为他们在国阵旗帜下竞选，选民把票投给他们，也就是因为他们是国阵的候选人。 他提醒国阵领袖，必须谨慎维护国阵精神与原则，包括顾及成员党的立场。 他假设说，若新党加入了，这是否意味着，砂土保党的议席可以给新党出战？ 因此，他强调无论是砂民进党或砂人联党，都绝对不会同意让砂人民力量党及联民党加入国阵，同时，也不会在议席出战权上，对新党作出任何妥协。
