视察美里城市转型中心护照申请
砂人联党卑尔骚区州议员拿督陈超耀律师于今日视察美里城市转型中心的护照申请情况。 他说，之前流传护照申请需要6个月的流言，导致城市转型中心的移民厅出现人潮，因为民众担心需要长期等待护照申请。 他希望民众勿继续转发上述不确实的流言。 美里城市转型中心的移民厅官员告知陈超耀，护照的申请情况已经恢复正常，受到控制。 年龄60岁以上的民众，申请护照费用是60令吉。12岁以下是100令吉，而成年人及13岁以上则是两百令吉。
五哩八港居民民生投诉
砂拉越人民联合党公共投诉局主任叶耀星日前接获来自五哩八港路第十巷的张先生代表居民们投诉有关填土工程造成道路肮脏的投诉。 收到投诉后，叶耀星已将此事向巴达旺市议会反映并偕同执法部门及工程部官员前往现场实地检查以寻求解决方案。 在巡视填土工程期间，巴达旺市议会执法部门向承包商反映有关第十巷的居民们投诉有关填土工程。执法部官员也已指示承包商每当罗里出入施工现场后务必清理道路。承包商已同意有关建议并立即纠正并解决问题。 巴达旺市议会执法部官员也告知他们会继续监督有关填土工程。执法部官员也以口头形式对承包商发出警告；市议会也将采取法律途径倘若他无法有效解决五哩八港路第十巷道路肮脏的问题。 人联公共投诉局已做好准备并尝试通过相关部门解决影响社区的公共议题。人联党公共投诉局已准备好为面对相关问题却不懂得如何处理的民众伸出援手。任何相关事宜可联系人联党公共投诉（016-7797688或082246999）或亲临人联党总部。
Swearing in of Sarikei Councillors
Local councillors are entrusted with decision-making responsibilities as they know which policies would be best suited to their respective municipalities. Local Government Minister Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian, in witnessing the swearing-in of councillors in Sarikei saying that the , said (councillors’) role was more than just inspecting and maintaining public properties . He said they are entrusted to decide on policies to be implemented . A wheel chair for a senior bed-ridden citizen
State Assemblyman for Batu Kitang, Lo Khere Chiang gave a wheelchair to an under-privilege elderly woman at Kampung Haji Baki yesterday morning. Lo was accompanied by PBB Chairwoman, Sabtuyah Yusuf who informed Lo earlier of the plight of Leha bte Tambek, who has been bed ridden. Lo said the wheelchair will at least enable her to move around.
泗里街县议会宣誓仪式

砂地方政府部长拿督沈桂贤于日前出席古晋福建公会在古晋美食节的摊位，与众嘉宾享用美食。 在场包括中国驻古晋总领事付吉军及晋汉连省华总会长黄良杰等。 沈桂贤也顺道拜访在场的美食摊位，并与商家交流。他发现许多摊位商家都并非来自饮食业，而是专程为这一年一度的古晋美食节准备许多美食。 他说，其部门将与地方议会讨论，在古晋市区设立更多夜市的可能性。
