Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian checking on upgrading projects in his constituency
Deputy Premier, Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian went to the ground to monitor two upgrading drains in Desa Wira and Batu Kawah are. Both projects cost more than RM820,000 and despite limited funding, he said they will try to do as many upgrading infrastructure as possible. He added that there is still a lot of upgrading work to be done in Batu Kawa and he will tackle each one as soon as there is funding available.

砂代表团访问中国文化和旅游部国际交流与合作局
中国文化和旅游部了解了砂拉越的生态旅游以及作为东南亚合适的商业活动中心的情况。 砂旅游、创意产业及表演艺术部长拿督斯里阿都卡林率领其部门访问团拜访中国旅游部官员，以建立砂拉越与中国之间的旅游合作。 砂拉越代表团昨日受到中国文化和旅游部国际交流与合作局副局长彭玉斌的接见。 彼此双方讨论的主题包括砂拉越作为一个负责人的旅游目的地，以及它如何引领生态旅游的发展，以及作为该地区不断发展的商业活动中心。 除此之外彼此还讨论了旅行和游客交流、教育、政策以及旅游、艺术和文化方面的合作等问题。 阿都卡林还谈到了砂拉越和中国质检直飞航班的可能性。 而彭玉斌则强调了与中国游客有关的重要事项，包括安全保障。 他表示，为了发展相互合作，中国将准备一份旅游倡议谅解备忘录。
许徳婉：火箭在地契课题上一贯误导作风
砂总理署政治秘书许德婉指出，张健仁频频在石角地契更新一事上咄咄逼人，一贯的以误导手段颠倒是非，选择性的模糊焦点，试图以哗众取宠的方式骗取群众的信赖和支持。 在砂政府的发展愿景规划下，石角如今已经规划成为城市地，事实上地价也因此随着大增，其实对于地主来说是一个好消息。 只要稍微对土地发展有知识的人都会知道，所有私人地段如要发展之前皆必须向土地局申请重新规划。唯有该片土地已经完成规划审核批准才可以进一步发展，政府才能推动基建设施。 况且，砂政府在2022年6月才将石角地规划成为城市地，可以预见的是未来的石角将会大发展，这也是砂政府规划石角为城市地的原因。更何况一些地主的地契在2037年、2038年才会到期，目前根本没有更新地契的需要，将来这些地主都会在这项城市规划中得益。除非地主现在就要和发展商合作发展该地，那么所有的费用一般上都是发展商负责，地主根本就没必要担心更新地契的费用。 张健仁在面对地主时选择性忽略重点，隐瞒了地价升值和发展潜能，反而咬着地契更新费用一事不放。强词夺理的认为，政府将罗知港一带的所有土地列为城市区的地段之前，应该让他们享有与城市区该有的基建设施，这样才合情合理，本末倒置的言论实在居心叵测。 张健仁以没有城市应有的基建设施作为理由，抨击砂政府把农业地段归纳成为城市区地段，指责砂政府将城市区地段的高额地契延长费强加在地主身上，这是非常不合理且不实的言论。本末倒置的言论离不开为了分裂砂民而误导地主，以此手法从中捞取政治利益。 作为资深人民代议士和一名执业律师，张健仁应该对土地发展流程非常了解，实在不应该为了捞取支持率而本末倒置。所言所说处处体现出“欲加之罪，何患无辞”之说。 人联党想请问张健仁，不把乡区农业地规划为城市地哪来的发展？没有发展哪来的基建设施？更过分的是，为什么今年五月在砂议会里当阿旺登雅进行部门总结回答张健仁提问时静静不出声，反而现在才大做文章，到底居心何在？

沈桂贤：解决微小问题最佳途径是迁校
砂副总理兼石角区议员拿督斯里沈桂贤表示，微型华小所面对问题，并不是能在一朝一夕可以解决，以过去的事件看来，搬迁是最好的途径。 他指出，出现微型华小的原因有很多，最主要包括该地区人口外迁、华裔生育下降等。 “然而，在一间也不能少的维护华文教育的立场与原则下，我们不能对微型华小袖手傍观，否则一旦出现没新生情况下，就会带来学校执照会否被注销问题。” 沈桂贤昨日与石角区华小董事及老师交流时说，在石角区多间华小当中，少于100位学生的学校不多，当中包括上湾头与甲港。 他指出，答邦小学和巴哥小学，这两所华小过去也面对学生来源严重短缺，甚至到了没有新生来源的窘境，后来获得政府支持与协助，对两所学校进行搬迁，现在这两所华小几乎到了学生爆满情况， “另一所搬迁取得成功的是古晋中华小学第二小，而从诗巫搬迁到三马拉汉省的开南华小，兴建工程也顺利进行。” 沈桂贤说，搬迁华小不是可以在很短时间落实的任务，它涉及需有适合的搬迁地点、需获得教育部批准以及有足够的兴建经费。 “当然，只要学校附近有房屋发展计划，一旦人口增加，自然就能解决学生来源不足问题。这方面味源港中公、新山肚中公和金珠盛中公都是最好的例子与证明。” 他呼吁华社与华小董事会，时刻与政府保持良好的联系，若有任何困难可以通过董联会提出，砂拉越政府愿意与大家携手解决难题。

Lo Khere Chiang checking septic tank issues at Taman Flora Indah
State Assemblyman Batu Kitang, Lo Khere Chiang went to check the overflow sewerage system at RPR Taman Flora Indah along Jalan Arang yesterday with Housing Development Corporation staff(HDC) and a contractor. Lo said the common pipeline from the 32 flat toilets to the septic tank was blocked due to the residents flushing objects in the toilet. He said HDC will repair the common pipeline and he also propose a temporary septic tank to be placed there as the repair job can take a while to complete.

沈桂贤：未来7年是砂繁荣关键
砂人联党主席拿督斯里沈桂贤表示，未来7年将是迈向2030年更繁荣、更包容性及可持续性环境生态的砂拉越的关键，因此无需改变现有合作方程式，砂盟也必须保持团结，勿让别人分裂。 沈桂贤在人联党特别大会上致词时说，人联党与土保党在1970年代就有密切合作，而人联党在2014年一度面临被撤销注册局面，但感谢已故前首长丕显斯里阿德南领导的土保党支持下，以及人民党及民进党协助下，让人联党度过危机。 因此，他说，这个良好方程式必须维持下去，尤其是信赖及原则是政治的基本，若失去了信任，就再也无法展开良好及密切合作。 沈桂贤提醒，砂盟虽然在2021年赢得82个州议席的76个，但也要谨记希盟曾于2018年在雪兰莪赢得56个州议席的55个，以及槟城40州议席的39个，但却在刚结束的州选举中，希盟与国阵合作，在雪州只赢得34个，槟城则是赢得29个。因此，砂盟在2026年或2027年砂选举中也要以此警惕。 他说，砂在未来7年非常重要，砂将继续根据1963年大马建国契约索取本身应有权益，尤其是根据联邦宪法112D条文，公平分配联邦政府从砂获得的资金。 “未来7年必须继续支持砂总理阿邦佐哈里，砂盟也需继续团结，勿让别人分裂我们。所以，现今的合作方式无需改变，好好照顾砂，以应对2026年或2027年砂选举。”
阿邦佐：人联党与土保党如同夫妻
砂总理兼砂盟主席拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里提醒砂盟成员党，不要在友党背后插刀，还形容砂人联党与土保党的关系就像“夫妻”，只要任何一方有事，都会站在对方一方给予支持。 他说，人联党和土保党在1970年建立伙伴关系，当年人联党非常强盛，而土保党则面对一些问题，人联党当时与土保党站在一起，并给予支持。 “当人联党面对问题时，土保党也在，这就是我说的伙伴关系，就好像‘夫妻’。” 阿邦佐哈里补充，后来土保党及人联党“扩大家庭”（extended family），才有人民党及民进党加入成为一个大家庭，彼此拥有共同目标，就是确保砂拉越获得他人的尊重。 也是土保党主席的阿邦佐哈里为砂人联党砂独立60周年特别大会主持开幕礼并在致词中说，人联党创党超过60年，拥有许多经验可以教导新生代，尤其是忠诚及奋斗史。 他说，60年是非常漫长时间，如今所要看的，不仅是过去60年，还要看到60年后的未来。 “人联党在过去的砂选举表现不错，成绩也显示华人对人联党的信任，友党之间也信任人联党作为伙伴之一。” 另外，阿邦佐哈里重提砂拉越会破产的言论事件，以不点名的方式指有人（行动党秘书长陆兆福）还为此登门向他道歉。他的话锋一转，直指对方中央领袖都已经道歉了，但他迄今都没有听到“分部”（Branch）的道歉。 他说，当初砂国阵退出大马国阵的事情，在成立砂本土的砂政党联盟（砂盟）后，却被当时的希盟领袖质疑砂盟是否能生存，甚至还嘲笑砂在砂盟领导下会面临破产。 他重申当年选择退出大马国阵，并成立砂盟是正确的决定。 “当时一些人质疑砂盟能继续生存吗？甚至有人嘲笑砂将破产，但是如今证明我们的决定及方向是正确的，不仅没有破产，而且收入还倍增。” 阿邦佐哈里更自信表示，以砂目前经济发展走势，离破产还很远。对此，他更揶揄一些人，还为此需要亲自登门向他道歉。 “中央（行动党）领袖已经道歉了，但是我目前还没听到‘分部’（暗指砂行动党）道歉。”

A tradition that been carry on for the last 63 years, SUPP headquarters and branches celebrated the Hungry Ghost festival ceremony. 沈桂贤安排火灾灾黎暂住他区
鉴于被大火烧毁的房屋需要一段时间来重建，因此砂副总理兼石角区议员拿督斯里沈桂贤将安排受影响的石角路廉价房屋火灾灾民，暂时居住在其他地区。 他指出，房屋部属下有组屋，如果受此次火灾影响到灾民有需要和愿意，可以安排到相关地区，以暂时解决住宿问题。 “重建家园不是一两天可以完成，住在作为疏散中心的民众会堂，也不是长远之计，最好的管道就是暂时先住在组屋，待家园重建完成后才返回家园” 沈桂贤第二度访问石角路廉价房屋火灾现场和移交第二笔体恤金，稍后也前往疏散中心，见证晋汉连省华总移交物资仪式。 他以之前石角思故邦长屋遭大火夷为平地，稍后所有灾民被安排住宿在18哩巴都港组屋为例。 他指出，这些灾民目前被安排入住在上述组屋，当局也为他们提供基本设施。 “如果受火灾影响的石角廉价房屋灾民，有需要这样的安排，可以向当地社区领袖登记，在统计需要的人数后，当局就会即刻做出安排。” 沈桂贤感谢在疏散中心执勤的民防局、医务局、福利局等人员，也感谢华总即刻伸出援手，提供灾民所需要的物资，包括床垫。
