许德琬：砂行动党只在选择性打贪
砂人联党中央妇女组主席许德婉谴责砂行动党在姑息养奸，蓄意对槟州爆发的63亿海底隧道涉贪丑闻不闻不问，人民不该再相信该党时刻挂在嘴边的打贪口号。 她说，63亿海底隧道丑闻，比当年的26亿一马公司事件，足足超出3倍，砂行动党对两起丑闻的处理和看待态度截然不同。 她指出，砂行动党对26亿穷追猛打，却对63亿静静不出声，只因63亿是涉及行动党执政的槟城政府，砂行动党这是在选择性打贪，是帮亲不帮理。 许德琬表示，砂行动党不要，也不必转移课题，到今天完全没有对反贪会调查63亿槟城海底隧道涉贪丑闻发言表态，让人彻底看透向来口中高喊肃贪口号，原来都是像选举前承诺归还石油税等承诺那样，欺骗砂拉越人民。 另外，希盟执政中央政府22个月，也委任自己亲信出任反贪会主席，然而却无法交出任何一项人民关注的涉贪案件成绩单，这说明两点。第一，希盟肃贪办事不力，第二，他们早前所说的，全是没有证据的指控。
沈桂贤： 德莎威拉排水系统须全面提升
石角区州议员拿督斯里沈桂贤表示，要解决德莎威拉长期以来的排水系统不佳，引发水灾问题，不能只做某巷子、某地区，因为该地区的排水系统属於连贯性，所以针对性或选择性的做法，根本无法解决水灾难题。 “我很高兴这项计划获得政府批准，水利灌溉局的蓝图也已出炉，工程将很快展开。” 他指出，首个阶段的提升工程，水利灌溉局将会提升现有连贯到盐柴港的主要沟渠工程。接下来就是提升或维修民宅地区的沟渠，确保排水顺畅。 一些地势比较低的道路也会填高，如此才能确保水流顺畅，民宅地区的所有沟渠将提升为洋灰沟，大沟渠与支流沟渠宽分别是1.5和1.2米。 提升主要沟渠的第一阶段工程目前正进行招标，意料会在9月施工，接下来的工程则会在10月招标。 沈桂贤表示，这是一项庞大发展计划，属於分阶段进行，德莎威拉民众不需要担心，不会有地区被遗漏。 水利灌溉局有信心，一旦工程落实后，可以解决该地区排水不佳引发的水患难题。

人联青中小企业事务局协助申请小贩援助金
人联青总团“中小企业事务局”主任郑志国昨日访问两位小贩，即黄小姐与章先生，他们同在浮罗岸某茶餐店营业。由于他们事前没有小贩执照，申请援助金无门，过后在人联党协助下，获得临时小贩执照而进行申请，近日接到南市市政局通知，援助金申请已经得到批准，他们表示很感激地方政府提供的援助。 据悉，至6月28日截止日期，全砂共有35,667名小贩申请援助金获得批准，其中持合格执照者为15,667人，无执照的小贩申请者经地方政府发出临时小贩执照有20,000人。每名合格的申请者可获得2250令吉。在疫情打击下，砂拉越地方政府这项的援助，无疑减轻小贩们的经济压力。又悉，政府的付款方式通过砂拉越支付（Sarawak Pay)，或者向国家储蓄银行（BSN)领取。 郑志国认为，由于疫情重创了国家经济，波及各行各业，虽然联邦以及砂拉越政府对各行各业作出各种补贴，推出种种惠民政策，但只能是解决人民短暂的困境。从长远上看，只有稳定的政局，才有利于复苏国民经济，再来，照顾人民的利益也是相当重要的。 郑志国也要特别感谢南市市长拿督黄鸿圣和南市市政局职员们也一直在背后默默的协助和协调，以便让更多的合格者受惠。

石角史打博第二巷民众休闲公园将在近期完成，届时附近居民便有一个运动和休闲场所。 公园耗资20万，是石角区议员拿督斯里沈桂贤发展计划之一，兴建公园的工程已进行，部分休闲与运动设施也运抵甚至已安装。 这项发展设施由巴达旺市议会负责进行，沈桂贤与该市议会秘书及工程师巡视施工进展后，对工程进行感到满意。 他表示，该地区是一个人口稠密地区，中央刚好有一块空地，民众因此建议将它发展为休闲及运动公园，方面居民做运动，提升健康。 沈桂贤认同这项计划，并通过巴达旺市议会进行筹划及估价。 这是沈桂贤在选区内落实到其中一个休闲公园，其他地区皆有，目的是让民众有个活动场所，以达到强身健体目标。 他会继续关注各个住宅区这方面的需要，也希望民众与政府配合，协助维护和保持公园设施的完整与清洁。
程明智：单亲妈妈援助金条件应放宽
砂人联党青年总团长程明智认为，联邦政府供单亲妈妈申请一次性特别援助金300令吉条件，应该在收入方面放宽，不应局限在月入平均960令吉或以下。 他说，当政府实施最低工资在1200令吉现今，反而让申请该特别援助金单亲妈妈，月入平均不得超过960令吉，显然是不合时宜，以及并不符合最低工资的政策。 程明智亦是砂首长署政治秘书；他日前巡视时指出，联邦政府是在经济复苏计划下，提供给有向当局注册的单亲妈妈，向当局提出申请一次性300令吉特别援助金，应该依据实际的情况发放给单亲妈妈，而不应有着苛刻条例限制。 据他了解，当局目前规定单亲妈妈申请该项援助金符合资格者定义如下： 马来西亚女性公民，必须是一家之主，收入低于贫穷水平，月入平均960令吉或以下；寡妇或者离婚或分居，并在同一家庭中有未婚子女；有一个丈夫（她的丈夫健康欠佳无法工作），且在同一家庭中有未婚子女；没有结婚，但有孩子（无论领养或非婚生的孩子）。 程明智指当局也公布，目前开放尚未注册的单亲妈妈登记，可在所在地的社会福利局，或是妇女发展局，截止日期是到今年12月31日；他很鼓励单亲妈妈应向当局注册，以享有当局所提供的短期培训课程，或是其他方面的援助，包括子女教育等。
人联党协助申请小贩援助金
砂人联青总团“中小企业事务局”主任郑志国昨日造访浮罗岸某茶餐室摊贩，获悉陈先生与陈小姐两人，已经获得颁发首期援助金750令吉，他们说由于之前没有小贩准证，申请援助金受阻，后来在人联党协助下，申请到临时准证，由此获得了援助金。 他们说由于疫情影响，各行各业的生意都很难做，但是华人都有勤俭的精神，过去华人的先辈们一样白手兴家，不像某些政治人物说的“华人有钱”,其实有许多华人也是中小下层，大家都过得很辛苦。 砂拉越政府在疫情期间，为了体恤广大人民的辛苦，特别为人民开辟申请“我亲爱的砂拉越特别援助金“计划。其中之一即是特别为广大摊贩朋友们而设的援助金，从原本的1500令吉，后加码至2250令吉，希望帮助广大的摊贩朋友缓解在疫情期间所招受到的损失。那些以获批准但未收到款项的，将在8月获一次性支付。付款方式除了“砂拉越支付”(Sarawak Pay) 外，也将安排由国家储蓄银行(BSN)支付。 截至6月28日止，根据资料显示获得该项特别援助金的有执照摊贩计有1万5575人，无执照摊贩计有1万3856人，总计2万9431人，未审核及待批准的还有不少。有关当局正积极处理有关申请文件。
