人联党近日成立以叶耀星律师为首的公共投诉局以加强人民对于公共领域在竞争力、可信度与透明化的信心。人联公共投诉局将尽力确保砂州公共服务将达致公共行政规格。 人联公共投诉局目标为提供一个可信与有效之投诉处理服务以克服公众因公共领域服务怠慢或行政上之偏差延误等。 人联公共投诉局主要功能是作为一个监督单位确保联邦与州政府机构包括警察及市议会有效地履行其职责。人联公共投诉局将处理有关联邦与州政府机构之服务投诉。 在成立初期,人联公共投诉局暂时只处理针对政府机构服务怠慢、不公平处理方式及服务上之延误等。 在近期一宗事件,一对情侣(一名男性大马公民与一名女性印尼公民)前来寻求人联公共投诉局协助。他们先前在印尼甘榜注册结婚惟在大马注册时面临了问题。在人联公共服务局主任叶耀星的陪同下见了国家登记局婚姻注册部门官员。经官员解释,该对情侣误解涉及外国人士之婚姻注册程序并获得该名官员之详细解释需在印尼完成之文件方可在大马注册。 人联公共服务局在此呼吁群众,欲了解婚姻注册程序,可浏览国家登记局网站www.jpn.gov.my/en/soalan_lazim/perkahwinan-penceraian以获取详情。
