石角第二批农业辅助开始发放
砂农业局开始派发第二批农业辅助品给石角区民众，基于受到疫情影响，该局将会在接下来几天，以分批方式进行，从而避免人潮拥挤。 农业辅助计划是石角区议员拿督斯里沈桂贤于去年开始在石角区推行，此计划是通过他向砂政府申请拨款给农业局，以协助从事农业活动的石角民众，从而减轻他们的经济负担。 农业辅助计划是从去年开始，第一批共有90名以务农为生的民众受惠，他们都是进行种植各种蔬菜、水果、甘蔗和其他农作物为生的农民。 随后，砂拉越人民联合党思故邦于去年12月，举行三晚农业辅助计划说明会，邀请农业局官员前来讲解，活动后思故邦分部接获387名民众提出的农业辅助计划申请，农业局对申请者进行审核，包括了解农作物种类、面积和所需要的物资，鉴定申请者符合资格后今天开始陆续分发物资给成功申请者。 沈桂贤去年获得政府将近100万拨款，作为农业局为农民提供各种农业物资的经费，今年也至少有同样数额的款项。 由于受到疫情影响，农业局不会采取集中和集体分派方式，而是通过按照不同地区的民众，在指定时间内，到指定地点领取他们的辅助物资。 农业局呼吁已经申请农业辅助计划的民众，耐心等待通知，只要符合申请条件，他们都会获得物资援助。日前获得物资的民众，是来自西里益和上湾头的申请者，并以果农为主。 农业辅助计划是政府鼓励民众从事农耕活动的一种辅助计划，在该计划下，农业局为需要获得援助者提供各种辅助物资包括肥料与农药等，从而减轻农民成本开销，提供生产量。
郑莉薲：希盟取消砂发展计划是事实
砂人联党巴都吉当支部秘书郑莉薲指出，终止古晋柏特拉再也医院计划，是希盟取消砂三座大桥之后，漠视砂人民利益的另一项佐证。 她表示，尽管行动党迄今还不承认他们执政期间打压和对砂进行政府报复，而采取取消发展计划的事实，然而当年担任工程部长的巴鲁比安已承认，希盟的确在执政时，取消原本在砂兴建的三座大桥计划。 她披露，这方面，行动党迄今没有和不敢对巴鲁比安的承认做出反驳。因为希盟取消砂发展计划，就是事实。 “陈国彬在为行动党执政的22个月期间，没有善待砂拉越而继续在努力粉刷太平之际，不知是自己有遗忘症还是故意在逃避事实。 她说，陈国彬本身从2013年到2018年是国会议员，他在这期间，到底为砂做出了什么努力和贡献，大家心知肚明，他甚至连5年的成绩单迄今也没法交出。 郑莉薲指出，原本要在2016年完成的柏特拉再也医院建筑工程，最后却被希盟终止，难道这期间担任国会议员的陈国彬就没有责任吗？ 她披露，陈国彬没有交出自己在任国会议员期间的成绩单，却要当时人联党唯一的上议员拿督斯里沈桂贤对柏特拉再也医院做出交代，甚至将终止该医院计划，归咎砂政府。 行动党必须交待，为何选举时答应一旦执政马上归还医药自主权的承诺，最后又是在欺骗砂人民，如果行动党遵守承诺，归还医药自主权，柏特拉再也医院就可以在该自主权下继续进行。

砂首长政治秘书程明智促执法当局，尤其是警方应深入了解在诗巫延长至5月17日的特别行动管制令（PKPB），被当局所允许营业的行业，不要自行判断下令被允可运营的行业需暂停，造成混淆的情况！ 他举例，有接获诗巫的专业眼镜店东主投诉，在日前开门营业时，被执法的警方指必须停业，其实是不应该发生的情况，因拥有驻光学师专业眼镜店，是符合当局在特管令所列出的专业领域范畴，在特管令期是可以开店营业。 他向诗巫灾难管理委员会证实，只有没有驻光学师的非专业眼镜店，才不获准营业。 程明智表明，他特此向当局作出反映，必须让执法人员全面了解当局所允营业行业，以免造成有关商家不必要的麻烦，以及民众对此困扰。 对此，他说当局也表明很重视这方面的投诉。 他建议，获诗巫灾难管理委员会条例允许营业的有关必须性行业商家，预备相关的清单，若有遇到执法人员有不明就里，叫暂停营业之际，可以展示让执法者了解。 他继称，当局是已允许在诗巫行管令原属于非必须性行业，不准营业的服装店、鞋店、居家必须用品零售店、运输及批发行业商行，可于下周一（3日）复业，是为了应对即将来临的开斋节及达雅节，满足公众购物的需要。 他提醒，在诗巫特限行管令期间，被允营业的有关行业，必须严格遵循特管令防疫措施。 他表明他会继续跟进诗巫特限行管令防疫的种种，欢迎诗巫各界向他作出有建设性的建议，以便向诗巫灾难管理委员会提呈人民心声。
罗克强欣慰砂政府拒绝AZ疫苗
砂拉越人民联合党中央助理宣教秘书兼巴都吉当区议员罗克强发文告指出，对砂拉越政府拒绝使用阿斯利康疫苗感到欣慰，这也证明砂政府在对抗新冠肺炎方面，一切以砂人民性命安全为前提。 在阿斯利康疫苗存有争议性，并无法取得人民安心使用前，砂政府特别是砂灾难管理委员会拒绝我国新冠肺炎免疫计划协调部长拿督凯里提出砂可以使用阿斯利康疫苗，是正确和明智的决定。 砂灾难管理委员会顾问拿督斯里沈桂贤昨日在凯里提出砂人可以选择使用阿斯利康后，马上就做出拒绝使用回应，显然这项建议，根本没有考虑和商讨的余地。 砂拉越人民的性命和安全，是掌握在砂拉越人自己手中，砂灾难管理委员会成员都是砂拉越公民担任，他们当中有医生和疾病控制专家，时刻都是以维护砂拉越人民为重点，在评估各种疫苗的效果和可能产生的副作用后，确定哪些疫苗对砂人具有安全与有效后，才向政府提出使用建议。 从砂政府毅然拒绝使用阿斯利康疫苗，说明砂政府维护砂拉越人民，也证明只有砂拉越人才能做护砂拉越人。 在疫情严峻冲击砂拉越的当儿，注射疫苗是控制与防疫途径之一，人民严格遵守标准作业程序仍然是主要关键。 砂政府已经决定自己购买疫苗，以便免费为砂拉越人注射，但是全球目前面对货源短缺，影响了砂拉越购置疫苗的进程。 无论如何，我们有信心砂政府近期会获得更多疫苗的进口。 另一方面，目前注册注射疫苗的民众仍然未达到预定目标，我们呼吁还没有注册的民众能尽快注射，若有任何问题，可寻求各地的砂拉越人民联合党支分部或社区领袖协助。只有越多民众注射疫苗，才能取得群体免疫效果，才能更有效对抗疫情。
New stretch of roads for Batu Kawah
The whole stretch of Batu Kawa road’s first phase upgrading works will be completed by beginning of next month, said Local Government and Housing Minister, Dato Sri Dr Sim Kui Hian. 提升石角大道工程顺利,首阶段下月初全面完工
公共工程局提升石角大道工程，第一阶段工程预料下个月初全面完成。 该局于本月中开始对从石角大道转入马当交通灯处，至拿督张君光大桥前这段大道进行提升工程，目前重新铺石子和第一次的铺柏油工程已完成，该局将会在下月初进行第二次的铺设柏油，届时民众就可享有更平坦的道路设施。 基于有工作人员因新冠肺炎因素，目前在隔离，影响了最后部分的工程进行，因此第二次的铺设柏油工程须延后到下个月。这种情况和处理垃圾公司因有员工被隔离，影响原定的清理垃圾时间表一样。 无论如何，目前已经解决了因提升道路引起尘埃的问题，民众受促时刻小心和安全驾驶。 有关计划是石角区议员拿督斯里沈桂贤向联邦工程部提呈提升和加强石角路安全措施的计划的一部分，整个提升石角路安全措施工程斥资近400万；上述施工中的工程斥资150万，全长1.42公里，工程项目包括提升路面设施及增设道路安装钢铁防撞栏杆。
