砂拉越政党联盟（GPS）N73卑尔骚区候选人拿督陈超耀律师指出，全力支持第12届砂州选举砂盟竞选宣言中的第34项成立砂主权基金，致力于保障砂拉越的政治稳定繁荣。 “主权基金”指由一些主权国家政府所建立并拥有，用于长期投资的金融资产或基金，主要来源于国家财政盈余、外汇储备、自然资源出口盈余等，一般由专门的政府投资机构管理。 他认为，过了2025年，每年的5%石油产品销售税会增加，乡区数十年来设施与建设发展也应该完成，所 以剩下的基金应该放到砂主权基金，让它成为永续发展趋势下的资產。 他召开新闻发布会上表示，高兴看到砂首席部长拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿邦佐哈里在宣布砂盟第12届砂选举竞选宣言中，承诺设立主权基金，惠及砂拉越子民。 他称，阿邦佐哈里表示将对砂拉越主权基金的设立展开彻底研究，目前已经收到了相关专家的提议，目前仍在研究中。相关主权基金提案将提交到砂议会去寻求批准。 “我在2018年7月10日砂议会内参与石油开采（修正）法案辩论，以及在2018年7月13日参与砂州元首施政演词辩论时，已经提出设立砂拉越主权基金的建议。” 他说，他当时强调，砂拉越主权基金可仿效挪威，从石油及天然气资源收入设立主权基金，确保砂拉越下一代依然能从砂拉越丰富石油及天然气资源受惠。 “砂拉越人民联合党在2020年特别党员代表大会也一致通过呼吁砂政府设立主权基金的提案。这是基于砂政府执行1958年石油开采法令权益，以及砂拉越石油公司Petros与国油公司及其他主要石油公司达致协议，参与上游开采业务。同时，砂拉越也获得5%石油产品销售税，在石油及天然气领域获得更多收入。” 陈超耀呼吁砂拉越人民在这次选举大力支持砂盟候选人，确保砂盟竞选宣言中所有惠民计划，包括设立砂拉越主权基金可以落实，让砂拉越拥有更好的未来。

陈超耀过去5年为卑尔骚争取超过5亿拨款
卑尔骚区砂政盟（GPS）候选人拿督陈超耀在过去的5年以来，除了在选区为民提升和建设设施之外，也为美里人提供各个事项，总拨款为5亿2249万4563令吉49仙！ 卑尔骚区砂政盟候选人拿督陈超耀今早在美里人联党总部召开竞选期首次记者招待会时，向媒体发布他在2016年至2021年担任卑尔骚区州议员以来，为选区和美里人做服务和完成的项目成绩单。 他表示，在过去的这5年以来，他为自己的卑尔骚选区N73和美里人所服务的事项印出一则杂志，人民可在这一则杂志上容易清楚和了解，而且他也感到荣幸他拥有一个团队与他配合顺利完成所有服务。 拿督陈超耀在自己申请的拨款即5亿2249万4563令吉49仙中，以提示卑尔骚选区和美里区，至于2021年的一些项目仍在进行中。 他说，在于美里人的项目，包括提升美里综合诊所耗资2千630万6千3令吉49仙；扩建美里医院耗资2亿8920万令吉、提升卑尔骚天然保护中心耗资3千万令吉、提升美里智慧城1千200万令吉、拨款建设美里市政局新大厦9千万令吉，以及扩建美里机场耗资2千万令吉，这都是在他5年以来已经完成的事项 根据陈超耀的选区，砂乡村转型计划共完成了173项，耗资达2千752万4180令吉；1项特别计划耗资71万3380令吉，这是于2016年12月由已故的前首长阿德南批准，这特别计划是为杜当德沙拉斯第6期徙殖区供应水源项目，这些居民分别来自甘榜阿比阿比、甘榜马丽甘和甘榜巴萧非法居民移迁到该区的。 他说，砂政府特地拨地给以上非法居民，在他的选区的非法居民，于2012年他就开始跟进，这一切都需要长时间来批准地皮、水电供应和其他手续等等，如今共有474个家庭成功搬迁，目前还有数间房屋等待电流供应，希望屋主能在圣诞节能享有电供。 此外，小型乡村项目在这5年里已完成了1409项，总拨款达1千550万令吉；2018年至2021房屋维修项目完成387间，总拨款为4万令吉；砂政盟政府在卑尔骚选区的农业计划拨款125万1千令吉，共有114组受惠；砂首长署其他宗教单位拨款600万令吉给卑尔骚区，有21个其它宗教受惠。 他补充，砂乡村转型交际花项目是由3个政府机构负责，即美里市政局、公共工程局和水利灌溉局。排水系统是由水利灌溉局负责，学校和礼堂由公共工程局和市政局负责。

曾镇江：砂盟本土政党才能真正带来发展
砂人联党中央选举行动室主任拿督曾镇江指出，行动党每到选举，就提出要改变，要良好施政。但是在509大选后，行动党以42席的强大议员人数，执政中央政府，但给予华社的承诺却全部跳票。因此华人须看清楚行动党的真面目，拒绝一个只会给予人民空头支票的政党。 他强调，华社不会忘记，行动党为了选票，给予华人的承诺，包括执政30天内承认独中统考、砂拉越将获得20%石油开采税、成立内阁委员会检讨《1963年马来西亚协议》、下放权力予砂拉越沙巴等等，全部都没有被落实。 他说，最让人民感到失望及愤怒的是，行动党没有去落实承诺，但还利用各种理由及借口，企图为自己的无能、失信开脱。因此，行动党已经是一个信誉破产的政党。 曾镇江今日文告指出，行动党砂州主席张建仁，在509后官拜联邦副部长。但是他却完全没有利用职位的方便，将砂拉越人民的声音带进联邦政府讨论并加以落实。特别是争取砂拉越获得20%石油开采税的课题，张建仁没有为自己的失责道歉，反而无中生有，利用教育及医疗拨款来为自己解释。 “行动党秘书长在执政后，嚣张及傲慢的指砂拉越将在三年内破产。虽然惹怒砂拉越人民，受到砂州人民的激烈抨击，但是砂拉越行动党一众领袖，包括州党主席张建仁，并没有纠正及反驳林冠英的言论，更没有维护砂拉越人民的尊严。因此，张建仁等领袖说要良好施政，说要争取砂州子民的福利，完全是信口开河。” 他披露，行动党以42个席位入住布城，掌握联邦多个部长及副部长的席位，甚至由党秘书长林冠英出任财政部长一职，但无法为华社及砂拉越带来任何政策上的实质改变，现在作为砂拉越的反对党，要如何争取选民的权益？ 曾镇江要求华裔选民记住，从前任首长已故阿德南开始，就推动砂州全民平等及中庸的政策。这包括砂拉越成为第一个全面承认独中文凭的州属，州政府拨款超过2000万予独中及华小，拨地予独中进行以地养校计划。现任首长阿邦佐上任后，不但延续已故阿德南的政策，甚至每一年增加独中及华小的拨款。因此，华社因该给予砂盟及人联党全力的支持，让人联党以强大的政治势力，在州政府中发挥更大的力量。 他指出，行动党数十年来，利用联邦的课题，煽动人民情绪，通过仇恨政治及辱骂政治，误导人民。这让其他友族认为，华人都是反对党，都是反对政府的。这种刻板印象，对砂拉越的和谐种族关系只会带来负面的影响。 他披露，沙巴在去年的州选，以华裔为主的执政党候选人全部落败。现在沙巴的州政府执政团队当中，没有任何一位华裔代表。这已经造成华裔的要求及声音，没有任何管道进入州政府。许多华社的课题，也没有上传的管道。 他强调，砂盟的成员党，都是真正砂拉越本土的政党，执政后将能够真正推动砂拉越的发展。 “因此，华裔应该要争取以最大的政治实力加入州政府，更不应该成为反对党，只能在州政府的大门外叫嚣，但却无法参与政府的决策。曾镇江说，华人要记住，能够做政府，我们就不要做反对党。”
陈开斥责反对党刻意隐瞒事实
砂首长政治秘书陈开表示，有关砂行动党指责砂盟石角区候选人拿督斯里沈桂贤没有参与卫生部在吉隆坡举行的卫生部会议，反而是该党古晋国会议员俞利文受邀一事，再次暴露行动党刻意隐瞒实情真相，以不正确的资讯来误导民众和抹黑对手。 他强调，沈桂贤根本没有获得卫生部的邀请参与会议，自然就没有出席。 第二，自从砂议会在11月3日宪报解除紧急状况，意味砂议会自动解散后，沈桂贤已经不再是砂灾难管理委员会顾问，当中该委员会主席拿督阿玛道格拉斯也将主席职位移交给砂州务秘书。在沈桂贤已经不是该委员会顾问情况下，试问卫生部又怎么会邀请沈桂贤参与，没获得参与，沈桂贤又怎能参与会议？ 第三，俞利文是国会议员，获得邀请参与会议也相当自然。 目前是竞选期，俞利文竟然还有时间远赴吉隆坡开会，既然如此，那么他应该继续扮演好目前古晋国会议员的角色，否则中选石角议员后，根本没有时间处理当地民众问题，这也是行动党前实丹彬国会议员，在任职5年内，没有为选区做出任何建树及交不出成绩单的原因。
