陈超耀：新任首相应关注国油与砂政府诉讼案
砂拉越人民联合党中央秘书长拿督陳超耀律师表示，随着联邦政府政权更迭，希盟政府垮台，国油公司也拥有“新主人”，砂人联党呼吁新任首相丹斯里慕尤丁认真关注国油公司与砂政府的两宗诉讼案件。 国油也应该向慕尤丁详细汇报诉讼案件详情。砂人联党认为，两宗诉讼案件的最佳解决方案是： （一）国油公司认同并允许砂政府征收13亿令吉石油产品销售税。 （二）国油公司撤回针对砂拉越政府征收石油产品销售税的司法检讨申请。 陈超耀今日发文告指出，砂人联党及普遍砂人民希望两宗案件会很快落幕，慕尤丁也应该比前朝希盟政府，更友善及公平对待砂拉越。我们会等待相关好消息。 他说，布城上诉庭三司昨日一致驳回国油公司律师代表团，撤换古晋高庭司法专员陈赐荣的上诉，维持后者承审砂拉越政府向国油公司追讨13亿令吉石油产品销售税及罚款的民事诉讼。 他表示，砂人联党恭贺及感激砂律政署顾问拿督斯里冯裕中及砂律政司拿督达叻玛目领导的法律团队，为两宗与国油公司的诉讼案件尽心尽力，捍卫砂政府及人民的利益。 “砂人联党及普遍砂人民认为，国油公司有意耽误缴付石油产品销售税的实质进展，这对砂拉越2019年及2020年的财政预算带来影响。” 陈超耀指出，砂拉越财政预算案对全体砂人民，尤其是乡区发展非常重要。国油公司拖欠的巨额销售税，须尽快缴付给砂拉越政府，以让砂拉越发展议程得以顺利落实，惠及砂人民，提升人民生活素质。 他说，前朝希盟联邦政府对砂拉越并不友善，这在国油公司采取的行动获得证明。国油公司律师代表团在2018年6月4日，距离第14届全国大选落幕未到1个月，就入禀法庭起诉砂政府。 “庆幸的是，绝大部分砂人民坚决成为砂政府后盾，他们对国油公司及希盟政府罔顾砂拉越石油权益的做法，感到不满、失望及愤怒。”

砂拉越政府已批准1千万令吉，作为美化石角路洪清河石厂旧址，首阶段将是兴建可以容纳150个桌位的宴会大厅与创新中心。 石角区议员拿督斯里沈桂贤与砂首长署政治秘书陈开巡视石角路洪清河石厂旧址。沈桂贤表示，发展计划已经获得砂土地局和砂拉越策划单位批准。 “早前我向砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里提出这项发展计划，并寻求拨款时，很欣慰砂政府已批准1千万令吉。” 他日前巡视该地点后表示，当局会在近期内委任绘测与设计师，为全面发展该地区铺路。 沈桂贤说，石角路洪清河石厂旧址，有超过20英亩的湖泊，是非常美丽的天然湖，它可以发展旅游区。 “在整个发展计划蓝图中，我们会把石厂旧址发展成多元化的旅游、活动与休闲地区，天然湖泊是一个卖点和重点，它可以作为各种水上活动的地点。” 沈桂贤深信，一旦该工程落实，可为建筑业等带来就业机会，更重要是为人民带来就业与刺激经济。
国家乱局始于希盟 砂盟挺慕尤丁解决纷争
砂政党联盟选择支持首相丹斯里慕尤丁领导的国民联盟，并非是“走后面”，支持“后门政府。实际上，所谓的一道门，是希盟自己打开的，砂盟是从前面，被请进去解决纠纷。 “现在纠纷解决了，没有一声谢谢，没加入任何一方，砂盟却还要被怪同流合污。” 砂拉越大多民族是基督徒，若跟从伊斯兰党是自毁前程。其实，砂盟是经验丰富的政治联盟，手上有的是王牌，难道还需要听从伊斯兰党指示？ 砂政府是全国第一个承认独中统考，每年捐几百万给独中的政府，而且还说华人不是外来者的政府，就这么不值得信任吗？ 砂盟选择慕尤丁是为了停止纠纷。拿督斯里安华和敦马哈迪的阵营，现在还在变动。 同时，砂盟对石油跟自主权的问提一定不会放弃商讨。外来政党用各种方法，就是要我们不团结，要我们倒。 “砂政府做了这么多，每一个都是有用的例子。我们不因该借用外来者的谎言，帮别人拆散自己的国土。”
许德婉：无法支持漠视砂发展的希盟
砂人联党中央妇女组主席许德婉表示，希盟在执政22个月期间，完全没有善待砂拉越，漠视砂拉越发展要求，更将当时对砂拉越做出的承诺抛到九霄云外，在对希盟完全没有信心下，是不可能再给予支持。 她今日发文告指出，砂拉越希盟当时有12名国会议员，扪心自问他们在22个月为砂拉越争取到什么？说好一旦执政马上给20%石油税、50%税务等其他承诺，到最后不但没有给，反而还附和希盟西马领袖数落砂拉越，包括支持行动党秘书长林冠英指砂拉越未来三年将会破产、引进马来亚联邦乡村管理委员会政策。 许德婉说，身为砂拉越人民的行动党领袖，今天应该好好反省、检讨他们在代表砂拉越期间，到底为砂拉越做出了什么？维护了什么？又争取到什么？而不是责备砂政党联盟不给予支持。 “希盟领袖马哈迪已清楚表明宣言不是圣经，言外之意就是不要兑现当时所许下的承诺，在这样情况下，难道我们还要支持马哈迪？第二次期望他善待砂拉越？归还砂自主权和石油税吗？” 她指出，无论是国阵时期或希盟时代担任首相的马哈迪，他都是原来的马哈迪，即便这次政变我们再给予他支持，也不会因为再度当选而改变。 故此，她称砂行动党要砂拉越再支持马哈迪，就是要砂拉越面对二度伤害。 “人联党的立场是砂拉越优先，砂拉越人民为主，谁能对砂拉越好，谁能维护和还回砂拉越权益，我们就支持对方。”
