Referring to the press release statement issued by Councilor Lee Sin Fah, Councilor Richard Kian Hua Mude has reported, I, Matthew Chen as chairman of SUPP Tarat Branch, would like to make the following clarification especially to the Members of SUPP Tarat Branch and Sub-Branches.

1. The press statement released by Comrade Councilor Lee Sin Fah, Councilor Richard Kian Hua Mudeh and others does not represent SUPP TARAT Branch Views. It is of their personal views. SUPP Tarat Branchalways wished the Party is united to face challenges.

2. The photo as published was taken some days ago at a small gathering. SUPP Sinar Branch Chairman did not attend the gathering, but the press statement quoted its include Sinar Sub Branch views.

3. The gathering only discussed party’s matters, but not mentioning on issuing of press statement. No meeting had been called at Sub-Branch level to discuss such matter.

4. The press statement does not represent SUPP Tarat Branch and its Sub- Branches, it is of solely their personal views.

5. Party Discipline and Political Agreement could not deal with together. There are of separate matter.Any party’s members violating party discipline will have to face party’s disciplinary action; any political agreement required both party consensus and agreement.

As Chairman of SUPP Tarat Branch, I am very clear and knowing very well the wish of members of Tarat Branch, Sub Branches and general public. They are in supporting the party’s central to lead them in facing challenges and problems. They will stand on the same position and level as party central and believed party’s central leaders have their wisdom and courage to deal on all party affairs.
