Piasau State Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting helping poorer students
Deputy Minister for Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts, Datuk Sebastian Ting distributed 50 packs of goodies to needy students in supplies at SMK St. Columba yesterday.
Ting said this occasion
was held in conjunction with Aidilfitri celebrations next week.
Taking the opportunity to meet up with the students, Ting who is also Piasau State Assemblyman urged them to remain strong and make full use of their education to do better in future.
He said that this is his annual opportunity to provide some goodies to brighten their hari raya.
Ting had given out a total of seven distribution activities in kampungs in the Piasau constituency this year.
