Widening of roads in Padawan
MPP chairman Lo Khere Chiang said a RM400,000 road widening project by Padawan Municipal Council (MPP) in front of Padawan 10th Mile Market is underway. This was expanded into a two way road that was originally one-way road – Lorong 8 Padawan up to the Padawan 10th Mile Market.
This is under the initiative of Kota Padawan councillor, Cr Shirley Pui who brought it up in the council meeting.
Lo visited SJK C Hung Hua at 10th Mile where he gave away a total of 300 school bags to SJK C Chung Hua, SK Landeh and SK St. David in Padawan area for the needy students as schools reopened after closure due to Covid-19.
