SUPP Sibu branch Chairmans visit completed project
Three SUPP branch chairmen (Bawang Assan, Pelawan, and Dudong) together with councillors from SRDC visited some of the completed projects carried out by SRDC. Some more need to be done. It was an opportunity to show the incoming deputy chairman of SRDC, Wong Ching Yong, some of the work on the ground.
They said the elected representatives from this area are not pulling their weight to bring development to the rural area of Bawang Assan. SRDC has limited development resources as council role is more on maintenance.
