Show Cause
SUPP Disciplinary Committee has send a show-cause letter to Minister of Environment and Public Health, Dato Sri Wong Soon Koh who is also the Chairman of Sibu branch on Friday, giving him 14 days to respond or disciplinary action will be taken against him.
According to sources, the show cause letter was based on complaints made against Wong during the last general election. The sources said the complaints were made by Central Committee members who also provided evidence to the SUPP Disciplinary Committee.
The SUPP Disciplinary Committee is a separate independent body with senior members who are not members in the CC or CWC.
The letter was reportedly send to Sibu SUPP branch at 2 pm and had been signed by party members there as ‘received’.
