Lo critical of Violet Yong over her criticism
Batu Kitang assemblyman Lo Khere Chiang hit out at Pending assemblywoman Violet Yong over the negative remarks thrown at him for the past two weeks.
Lo said Yong spoke without truth and try to make things big. He told her to take care of her own backyard and not to venture out of her constituency looking for trouble.
He said this year the council implemented 259 projects (both big and small) costing RM25 million.
“Within six months since becoming an elected representative, 13 projects costing RM2.6 million have also been implemented including improving the drainage system at St Ann’s Church in Kota Padawan at a cost of RM400,000 and another RM200,000 for a community hall at Kpg Betong in Jalan Landeh, as among the projects.
A total of RM400,000 (from his MRP grant) had been approved to improve the drainage system at Arang Road next year.
Lo asked Yong how much she has done for her constitutency before barking up at other area.
