陈超耀：722缅怀先贤斗争与精神
砂拉越人民联合党中央秘书长拿督陈超耀律师在7月22日砂拉越独立日献词上表示，和许多人一样，他期待在这个722砂拉越独立日当天与家人亲友庆祝砂拉越的诞生。 他说，在这深具意义的日子，全砂各地都将举行庆祝活动如游行、义跑及文娱演出等。 他强调，在欢庆722砂拉越独立日的当儿，也应当缅怀及感恩过去先贤，无论是直接或间接对砂拉越成立和发展的斗争与贡献。 他分享已故前首长丕显斯里阿德南沙登在2016年10月16日的言论，当时他说：“发生什么事？7月22日，英国政府让我们成立自治政府。在斯蒂芬卡隆宁甘领导及敦阿邦奥本为州长下，砂拉越政府正式成立。我们通过我们的方式取得独立。” 陈超耀强调，已故阿德南沙登领导下的砂拉越政府决定在宪报上颁布7月22日为砂拉越独立日，并宣告当天是公共假期，以纪念砂拉越自由，朝向平等、自由、自治和谐与和平的意义。 他表示，在砂拉越捍卫及还原1963年马来西亚建国契约权益的过程中，将会面对严峻挑战，特别是在与联邦政府维持良好关系上。他希望所有砂拉越人民会坚定不移，继续捍卫砂拉越权益，包括政治和天然资源上权益。
阿邦佐哈里：砂需要多4倍拨款落实发展
砂首席部长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里强调，砂政府至少需要联邦政府拨出多4倍的拨款，才能让砂拉越取得良好的基本建设。 他说，砂拉越目前所拥有的大量储备金大部分来自石油与天然气的收入。 “这也是为何中央政府下放石油与天然气权益予砂拉越对我们而言非常重要。” 阿邦佐哈里今日在砂拉越722集会庆典上致词时强调，砂政府不曾废除1958年石油开采法令，同时也不会因为1974年石油发展法令而废除。 他表示，砂议会从来没有要让1974年石油发展法令取代1958年石油开采法令，因为那是在马来西亚组成前制定的，主要是作为管制本州石油资源的法令。 根据1963年马来西亚协议，对砂拉越权利有影响的法律必须在砂州立法议会上通过才能起得法律效应。1958年石油开采法令赋予砂拉越全权的监管权，这包括个人、国油公司、在砂岸内和岸外施展石油与天然气活动的公司等。 与此同时，他认为社会各界尤其是土生土长的砂拉越人必须对这段历史有所了解。 他说，砂拉越不需要退出马来西亚，同时，砂拉越继续作为马来西亚的一份子也并非意味着无法索回在1963年马来西亚协议内所持有的自主权。他表示，通过砂拉越政党联盟的成立及享有政治独立后，砂政府会有更好、更强烈的平台来捍卫砂拉越权益。 他指出，在组成马来西亚后初期，马来西亚的确有兑现协议内的承诺，而砂拉越也为此感满意。尤其是在获得了马来亚及英联邦国家的帮助下，让砂拉越无论是在面临敌对邻国安全课题上或是内部的威胁都取得了联邦给予的保障。 另一方面，阿邦佐哈里表示，第十四届全国选举已经结束并已经由希盟执政中央。敦马哈迪再任我国首相后于上周首次到访古晋，砂政府也借此机会向其（马哈迪）汇报有关砂政府在未来的发展方向，同时也表态会给予联邦合作。 出席庆典者包括州元首敦泰益玛目、副首长拿督阿玛道格拉斯、拿督阿玛阿旺登雅及砂地方政府及房屋部长拿督沈桂贤。

陈超耀：从盈利拨出20%开采税与希盟宣言有差异

程明智：砂各族人民应欢庆722砂拉越独立日

砂拉越政党联盟料下月注册
由砂土保党、人联党、人民党与民进党共组的砂拉越政党联盟（GPS）预计在8月完成注册。 砂首长兼土保党主席拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里出席砂盟后座俱乐部开斋晚宴上这么表示。他说，尽管砂政盟目前正向社团注册局申请注册，不过，每个人已经承认它是砂拉越本土政党的新联盟平台。 “即使（砂政盟）在注册过程中，但人民都了解这个新联盟阵线，尽管还未完成注册但已获得直接性认可。” 他说，若一切顺利，砂政盟预计可在下个月完成注册。他披露，砂政盟在完成注册后，下一步骤是在基层上推广砂政盟的斗争理念与使命。

砂人联党中央妇女组在党总部召开2018年组员代表大会，党主席拿督沈桂贤为大会主持开幕。 出席者包括妇女组主席许德婉及在党中央组织秘书拿督曾镇江。 许德婉感谢踊跃出席大会的妇女组组员。她强调，创立于1959年的人联党是砂拉越历史最悠久政党，过去曾经扮演反对党和执政党角色，无论处于高潮或低潮，人联党始终坚持一个信念，即保障砂拉越人民利益。 她说，人联党致力于维护砂拉越在马来西亚内地利益，启发砂人民对自主权的意识。

砂地方政府及房屋部长拿督沈桂贤强调，针对柏特拉再也医院工程进度，是根据大马公共工程局提供的数据作出报告，并解释一切只因工程进度计算方式有改变，才会出现偏差。 他解释说，柏特拉再也医院工程进度，是根据大马公共工程局提供的数据作出报告，并解释一切只因工程进度计算方式有改变，因此出现数字的偏差。他强调，浮罗岸区州议员黄庆伟在议会提呈动议要求对付他作出误导性数据的指控，这根本就是针对人联党的政治因素。 沈桂贤指出，他在议会进行部门总结时表示截至2017年4月23日，该医院建设进度达46.77%，而原定进度是99.79%，而截至2017年10月22日，实际进度达到27.68%，比起原定进度应该为100%。对此，他表示表面上看似从46.77%反将至27.68%，即进度反而减少了19.09%，是因为间中的进度计算法被更改了所致，即从原本工作日计算法换成通过财务计算进度。他说，这些数据都是马来西亚公共工程局提供，并不是砂公共工程局。 他表示，为了反映出更准确的进度，马来西亚公共工程局于2017年6月更换计算方式。 沈桂贤是针对民行党浮罗岸区州议员黄庆伟向州议会提呈一项紧急动议，要求州议会对付讲词具有误导性，同时也要求州议会的特权委员会直接作出处分，或是采用他所建议议会对沈桂贤作出谴责后。每个月扣除部长薪水10令吉为期6个月的事宜，在议会结束后召开新闻发布会时，如此表示。 此外，他强调，砂卫生局是隶属在其部门之下。然而，柏特拉再也医院建设计划则是在马来西亚公共工程局负责执行。 他说，针对上述数据，其部门也是从砂卫生局向马来西亚卫生局索取。 他也调侃称，如今选举已过，他提醒议员应该开始工作为民服务，不是搞政治。
