首相纳吉向党主席沈桂贤贺年
首相兼国阵主席拿督斯里纳吉今天下午向人联党主席拿督沈桂贤暨家人贺年，砂首长兼州国阵主席丹斯里阿德南也出席。 纳吉目前对砂州进行3天工作访问，他于下午抵达古晋国际机场后，就前往位于新邦迪卡的沈桂贤私邸和出席者共同捞生，共庆新春佳节。 沈桂贤也趁首相到访，向他放映和汇报多项问题。 砂副首长丹斯里亚弗烈查布、潘斯里沉林素卿、拿汀王淑燕和人联党多位中央常务委员也在场。 首相逗留约30分钟后，在离开前还与人联党领袖共同高喊3声“砂哈迪”。

沈桂贤出席新渔村政府小学新春联欢会
砂人联党主席拿督沈桂贤上议员于日前受邀出席新渔村政府小学新春联欢会，与该校教职员与家教协会欢庆新年。 他表示，拥有超过50年历史的新渔村政府小学，为新渔村及邻近地区的教育发展作出贡献，尤其是经过早期的刻苦岁月后，当地的居民如今都享有安稳生活，这与教育离不开关系。 他说，居住于新渔村的家庭，几乎每家都有至少一名大学毕业生，而且友族同胞的孩子更懂得说出一口流利华语。体现真正的一个马来西亚精神。
