The Kelantan Government has announced that in Kota Bahru from January this year all business premises must be closed for Muslim Friday prayer from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm so that the Muslim male employee can conduct their prayer. In Terengganu they are following Kelantan and soon there will be a similar restriction on Shopping Complex. 人联党捍卫现有19个州议席出战权
人联党与民进党表明，将在下届州选捍卫现有的州议席。 砂人联党主席拿督沈桂贤与民进党主席拿督斯里张庆信今日在联合声明中指出，两党对原有议席的出战权，绝对不能有任何妥协。 “不满党的党员，他们有自己的选择和权利，但是他们不能把原本就属于党出战的选区也一起带走。” 沈桂贤说，人联党将捍卫现有19个州选区，而这些选区的候选人将由党中央推荐。 他指出，根据国阵的运作指南，所有选区的候选人都是由成员党各自推荐，然而由首长兼州国阵主席丹斯里阿德南向首相兼全国国阵主席拿督斯里纳吉推荐并核准。 目前砂州只有4个国阵成员党，即土保党、人联党、人民党和民进党。 张庆信也宣称，民进党一席也不会让给非民进党领袖或州国阵成员党。
公共投诉局协助马来同胞处理土地课题
近日，人联公共投诉局主任叶耀星律师代表七名当事人向高庭解释该七名当事人所面对之困境。这七名人士接获庭令要求他们搬离一片位于马当之土地，他们已居住在该地长达30年之久。 据其中一名受影响人士哈蒂嘉女士表示，该片地是她和胞兄30年前继承其父亲所遗留下来并在该片地上建房居住，两人各自拥有一半的土地拥有权。同时她也允许另外6名亲戚在该片地上居住。 当人联公共投诉局主任叶耀星律师告知高庭已撤销要求搬离之庭令时，哈蒂嘉女士及亲人皆感到高兴。 人联公共投诉局表示民众若面对类似问题，可拨打082-246999或0167797688联系该局或直接前往人联党总部。
不是说不影响非穆斯林吗?
随着丁加奴和吉兰丹州政府陆续在一月份宣布, 全州商业机构无论大小, 必须于每逢星期五1230-230pm 的祈祷时间暂停营业, 以便让穆斯林男员工得以进行祷告和遏制男穆斯林在祷告时间到商业中心游荡! 如有违法, 将面对刑罚。 人联党中央妇女组宣教处针对以上的法令, 存有许多不解的疑问, 想要请教一向以来强调”只要不偷不抢, 怕什么伊斯兰刑事法” 的民行党:- 1。 一如既往的星期五中午, 穆斯林进行祈祷的时间, 刚好提供非穆斯林多一个小时的休息和购物时间, 让商家也可以多做一些生意, 向来和睦共处, 皆大欢喜, 为何如此不民主的法令会被落实? 2。 该法令落实前是否得到联民各党的支持? 3。 民行党也同意吗? 4。 还是民行党反对无效? 任由伊斯兰回教法对非穆斯林任意肆虐也无能为力吗? 5。 难道州内每一个商业机构都有男性穆斯林员工要去祈祷? 6。 商家的亏损谁来承担? 7。 丁加奴和吉兰丹州的商家没有偷也没有抢, 为什么被迫跟随穆斯林刑事法? 8。以上种种是不是证明民行党在利用人民对他们的信任, 一再遮掩穆斯林刑事法的可怕? 故意蒙蔽信任他们的民众? 人联党中央妇女组提醒民主行动党, 相较于各政治动荡和种族纷争动乱不安的国家, 马来西亚今天的种族和谐, 宗教自由, 各民族间和睦共处是非常难能可贵的。 仅此呼吁各朝野政党为了全民的利益和国家的前程, 一起维护马来西亚尤其是砂拉越目前难得的和平与稳定, 人人有责!
