黄顺开：诗巫支部党所是属于党资产
前砂拉越人民联合党主席拿督巴丁宜丹斯里黄顺开强调，诗巫支部党所是属于党的资产，这是不容质疑的事实。 他在一封亲自签署，并发给Twinswood有限公司股东及董事主席的信函上指出，针对近期涉及诗巫甘榜拿督路（Jalan Kampung Datu）三间店屋的争议，他提醒所有股东及董事主席，必须遵守当初创立Twinswood有限公司的宗旨，以及秉持对于砂人联党诗巫支部的信任关系。 他说，创立于1987年的Twinswood有限公司，是为了协助砂人联党诗巫支部持有并管理该支部的资产。 当时，黄顺开正是诗巫支部主席。 黄顺开强调，该总价值100万令吉的三间店屋，当时是从党员和支持者募捐而来的党资金购买，不是由Twinswood有限公司50名股东（从诗巫支部遴选并委任）出钱。 “有鉴于此，近期一些退党的党员及领袖，基于道德立场，不应挑战该三间店屋是属于党资产的事实。” 他郑重希望Twinswood有限公司的股东及董事主席，能允许该三间店屋继续充作人联党诗巫支部的党所用途。
