SUPP Public Complaints Bureau (SPCB) press release
SUPP Public Complaints Bureau was recently approached by the residents of Lorong 19 and 24A of BDC Resettlement Scheme at Jalan Stutong Baru for assistance to solve their problem. The resident from Lorong 19 complained on the dilapidated road condition and overgrown weeds by the road side leading to his house and the resident from Lorong 24A complained to him on the earth and blocked drains due to overgrown weeds and shrubs which was affecting water flow.
The complaint was immediately highlighted and notified to MBKS and requested their assistance to solve the problems.
SPCB Chief Wilfred Yap have previously raised and highlighted the issue with the relevant authorities on the bad road conditions and drainage situation of BDC Resettlement Scheme. Wilfred Yap have also previously requested the relevant authorities for a study on the drainage situation in BDC Resettlement Scheme and in the process come up with a comprehensive report and solution to resolve the issue on a long term basis.
In connection with this Wilfred Yap hopes that the current Stampin Member of Parliament YB Julian Tan and current Kota Sentosa State Assemblyman Chong Chieng Jen will also raise the matter to the relevant Ministry and also assist the residents of BDC Resettlement Scheme to apply and secure development funds to resolve the matter.
