SUPP Chap Goh Meh celebration
SUPP President, Senator Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian said the party is focusing on chasing the Sarawak Dream for Sarawakians by getting more jobs so that the younger generation will stay on in Sarawak instead of moving to West Malaysia or Singapore for job opportunities.
Dr. Sim who was speaking at the SUPP Chap Goh Meh celebration at the Jubilee Ground Friday night said SUPP central party had a new batch of leaders who are not only focus on services and policies but wanted to improve the lives of Sarawakians.
He said Sarawakians are as capable and talent as anyone else so there it is a waste for them to be drawn away to work in other states due to lack of job opportunities.
Sim also said they will be getting young energetic youths to be candidates in this coming elections.
The Chief Minister, Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Adenan Satem and wife officiate the function where more than 10,000 people joined in.
