Free traditional Chinese medicine service

The SUPP Kuching Branch will be hosting a free Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic for the Kuching community on February 10th and11th, 2025 (Monday and Tuesday), from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at the Kuching Social Community Support Center (CSSC) located on Abell Road, Kuching. This two-day event is aimed at providing free medical consultation to the public and those in need.

In a statement issued by the branch, it stated that the clinic is specially organized with the participation of the An Kang International TCM Care Team, led and supervised by renowned Taiwanese physician Dr. Hsu Kuo Mou, with a team of well-known doctors offering professional spinal correction examinations. Additionally, the team will provide advice on posture improvement and physical therapy to relieve pain.

Back pain is a common issue for modern people. The spine bears the weight of the body, and office workers who sit for long periods, bend their heads, or maintain improper posture are more likely to develop spinal problems such as bone spurs or herniated discs. In severe cases, these issues can affect daily life, so it is urgent for modern individuals to address spinal health concerns.

Other services available on the day include moxibustion, cupping, tuina massage, and health check-up consultations.

No appointment is necessary for the clinic. People can visit the Kuching Social Community Support Center during the mentioned dates and times to collect a number and queue. For any inquiries, please contact 012 808 1800. We warmly welcome everyone to attend.
