Padawan Raft Safari a tourist attraction
Chairman of Padawan Municipal Council, Tan Kai said Padawan Raft Safari 21st edition is an MPP annual event, opportunity for participants to discover and enjoy the beauty scene of Padawan tropical rain forest.
He said a total of 150 teams had registered in 4 categories.
Tan Kai thank the Ministry of Tourism Sarawak Dato Sri Karim Hamzah for their sponsorship and donation from Sar-Alam Indah, Yayasan Amal 38 and others.
He also thanks PDRM, Bomba, KMKK, SDO Padawan, Grit Management Company, Councillors, organising committee lead by Cr Andrew Victor and respective kampung for their cooperation and participation, ie Kampung Annah Rais, kpg Temurang, Kampung Danu, kampung Semadang and Kpg Git for helping out with organising the event.
