Political Secretary to the chief minister sworn in.
A total of 32 political secretaries to the chief minister were sworn in yesterday with a new face among them. Brain Fung 59 replaced Suzanne Lee from PSB.
The tenure of political secretary took effect from October 1 to December 31 next year.
The political secretaries are among the four component parties of Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS),Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB), 19, Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP), 5, Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) 5 and Progressive Democratic Parti , 3(PDP).
The political secretaries to the chief minister were sworn-in at Wisma Bapa Malaysia before Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah, who represented Chief Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg.
