Minister of Local Government and Housing, Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian, State Assemblyman for Batu Kitang, Lo Khere Chiang, Daniel Goh Thiam Ho (MPP Engineering Division Head) made a working visit to Desa Wira, Kpg Sinar Budi Baru on drainage works which is still in progress.
The drains was part of the flood mitigation plan to stop flash floods in the area.
Project cost of the 83×2 meters cost a total of RM821,854.
The crossover is 1.2 meter wide in progress are to eliminate flood in the area. The 7 months contract period will be completed by April next year.
