New street lights installs along Batu Kitang and Stephen Yong
Minister for Local Government and Housing, Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian made a working visit to the street lighting in progress along Jalan Stephen Yong and Jalan Batu Kitang with State Assemblyman for Batu Kitang, Lo Khere Chiang.
Most of the street lights have been installed and some have even been lighted up. There are a lot of positive compliments from the road users. Lo who was with Dr. Sim said credit should go to CM YAB Abang Johari who has allocated Rm1.5 million as one of his walkabout projects after listening to the plight of the residents in Batu Kawa and Batu kitang.
