Opening of new block at SJKC Stapok
The Minister of Local Government recently opened the classroom Block C of SJKC Stapok, which was completed two years exactly after its ground breaking, as well as ground breaking of Block D Multi Purpose Hall.
The $11 million, which is still short of $3 million, projects are made possible due to the enthusiastic donors from the alumni, school board, parent-teachers association and supporters of Chinese school/education.
Transforming the 70 year old school is a clear indication of the continuing philosophy of strong support on education and to continue Chinese education for the children in Batu Kawah, irrespective of race and religion.
