Kuching friendship cities
The budding friendship between Kuching and its friendship cities from South Korea, Japan and China is due to the ‘people-to-people’ relationship formed through friendly exchanges.
Minister of Local Government Senator Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian said Kuching was very fortunate to have close ties with friendship cities from Guro, South Korea; Asuke Toyota City, Japan; as well as Zhenjiang and Chongzhou in China.
He said this friendship is due to good people to people relationship.
Dr. Sim, who was hosting the Kuching South Friendship cities welcoming lunch, welcome the group to Sarawak and hoped that they will enjoy their stay here.
