Datuk Sebastian Ting lends a helping hand
Piasau State Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting handed over 1,000 custom made maskes to medical staff at Miri general hospital yesterday. He said for the last few days, members of the Piasau SUPP branch rushed to work overnight to make protective masks and sheilds for use by frontline medical staff who are in dire need of protective gear to nurse Covic 19 patients. He said they will continue to do so as masks are recycled items. The target, he said is 8,500.
SUPP Batu Kawa delivers food to 1,000 household
SUPP Batu Kawa has delivered food stuff to around 1,000 houses who are in the less fortunate group. SUPP President, Dato’ Sri Dr. Sim Kui Hian said the food stuff are send to those who were in hardship and unable to work due to the Movement Control. He thanked the generous donors, the JKKK, the KM/KK, SUPP branch and Batu Kawah Service Centre. 沈桂贤为低收入群体送上物资
冠病疫情肆虐砂拉越，加上行动管制的实行，石角区议员拿督斯里沈桂贤服务中心及时伸出援手，为低收入群体送暖，送上物资让他们度过当前困境。 沈桂贤服务中心了解低收入群体当前面对的困境和压力，因此从上周起就为选区内一些贫穷人士提供物资援助，特别是一些迫切性需要物资援助者，服务中心更是即刻将物资送到对方手中。 派送工作也获得砂拉越人民联合党石角支部属下各分部的配合。 沈桂贤也亲自监督物资派送工作，并对这项工作的安排和进展感到满意。 他吩咐急需获得物资援助者，必须要马上送到，避免出现断炊问题。 此外，他也呼吁有需要获得援助的民众，可以与本身所属地区的人联党支部领袖联系。
陳超耀移交手工防护面罩予美里医院
砂旅游，文化与艺术部助理部长兼卑尔骚区州议员拿督陈超耀律师移交第一批1000个手工防护面罩予美里医院医护人员。 他与卑尔骚支部党员，从3月27日连夜赶工制作防护面罩，让前线医护人员使用。由于冠病疫情未有减缓之势，医护人员缺乏医疗防护配备。 陳超耀等人将继续制作更多防护面罩，目标是8500个，让更多医护人员使用，分配地区将包括林梦及马鲁帝。 他感谢所有参与者挺身而出，以及愿意赞助材料的热心人士。
