敦朱嘉路人行天桥年久失修
砂拉越人民联合党公共投诉局主任叶耀星进行例行探访时接获民众投诉位于敦朱嘉路嘉乐城前的人行天桥年久失修。 居民们告知有关人行天桥早前主要是实旦宾小学学生使用，但是该校现已搬到嘉乐城后方。叶耀星视察中发现该人行天桥没有妥善维护且处于失修状态。 该天桥也在几年前发生了意外，遭到神手不慎“撞击”而导致结构受到影响；鲜少人使用的天桥也成为夜间不良活动的热点。 人联党公共投诉局对该座年久失修的人行桥感到担忧并已向砂拉越公共工程局反映，并要求尽早修理及安装闭路电视；或拆除。 砂拉越人民联合党公共投诉局主任叶耀星会持续监督及跟进直至该问题得到圆满解决。 人联公共投诉局主任叶耀星将积极协助任何影响当地居民的民生问题及以维护公众的利益。叶耀星律师强调他会尽其能力来解决影响社区的公共议题。 农历新年即将到来，人联党公共投诉局兼人联党圣淘沙支部主席叶耀星祝贺各界新年快乐。叶耀星促请砂拉越人团结一致恢复砂拉越在1963年建国契约下的平等伙伴地位和权利；不要被希望联盟的空头支票及不断U转的政策所误导。 砂拉越人民联合党公共投诉局已做好准备并尝试通过相关部门解决影响社区的公共议题。人联党公共投诉局已准备好为面对相关问题却不懂得如何处理的民众伸出援手。任何相关事宜可联系人联党公共投诉（016-7797688或082246999）或亲临人联党总部。
Overhead bridge along Jalan Tun Jugah used for undesirable activities

人联党大年初一新春团拜
配合农历新年，砂拉越人民联合党将于1月25日（正月初一，星期六），在人联党总部团结大会堂举办2020年新春大团拜，欢迎党员及民众踊跃出席。 2020年新春大团拜联合筹委会主席，兼妇女组主席许德婉与青年团长程明智，在新闻发布会时指出，今年新春大团拜主题为”金鼠开泰，旗开得胜”。 人联党新春大团拜是从当上午9时30分至中午12时接待各界，砂州元首敦泰益玛目将于10时30分抵达，而砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里于早上10时抵达，并与各界共同欢庆新春佳节。 砂内阁成员、砂政党成员领袖、华团组织领导和社区领袖等都受邀出席，估计有3000人参与，届时大家不分彼此，共同迎接新春佳节。 门户开放备有食物招待宾客，同时有精彩活动，包括舞狮、切蛋糕仪式及挥春活动，筹备会欢迎各界扶老携幼出席。
SUPP open house on 1st day of Chinese new year
Sarawak United Peoples’ Party will organize the Chinese New Year open house 2020 on this coming Saturday, January 25th (1st day of Chinese New Year), at SUPP HQ’s Sa’ati Hall.
