陈超耀感谢高庭主簿官宣布不执行砂沙高庭主簿署搬迁指令
砂拉越人民联合党中央秘书长兼卑尔骚区议员拿督陈超耀律师指出，砂拉越人民联合党及砂人民今日接获消息得知，联邦法院主簿官拿督斯里拉蒂花今日信函表明，原定于今年5月砂沙高庭主簿署从古晋迁移至亚庇的指令将不会执行。 他昨日在新闻发布会上宣布，会以卑尔骚议员及砂人民名义，在律师团队帮助下，以原诉传票（Originating Summons ）方式入禀高庭，挑战首相署法律事务部长拿督刘伟强、联邦政府及或许包括首相所作出的砂沙高庭主簿署迁移决定。 “随着今日通过手机通讯软件WhatsApp接获砂沙高庭主簿署搬迁指示不会执行后，我立即与我的律师团队讨论，基于情况的最新变化，最终我们同意‘留待考虑’（KIV）入禀高庭的行动。” 陈超耀表示，砂人联党感激拿督斯里拉蒂花的迅速回应，表明不执行砂沙高庭主簿署搬迁指令。 他认为，这项课题的最新进展是恰当的，因为刘伟强日前发表声明，提出联邦宪法121（4）条文时，显然他并没发现该条文阐明砂沙高庭主簿署搬迁须事先征询沙巴及砂拉越首席部长，若他有察觉这点，或许他不会向首相转达搬迁决定，而首相也不会向国家元首作出相关建议。 他称，在昨天的新闻发布会上，他要求刘伟强以身作则，作为掌管法律事务部长及有原则的政治人物，应该作出正确的事情。刘伟强应该向砂拉越首长及砂人民道歉，因为他在法律事务部长的岗位上，应该保护联邦宪法，不能允许任何违背宪法的问题出现。 “而尽管事情已出现变化，我们仍要求刘伟强为自己没有保护宪法的行为作出道歉，因为这根本是可以避免，不应该发生的事。” 砂拉越人民联合党欲对此向所有人，包括支持者、媒体及砂人民表达感激。过去以来，我们一直收到来自四面八方的祝福及鼓励。砂拉越权益必须永远放在第一位。
