Dr Sim: SUPP championing rights of Chinese and Sarawak’s rights

Chinese voters in the state should vote SUPP to endure continuing better prospect and quality of life. 沈桂贤:砂需掌握更多议席向联邦谈判

砂人联党主席沈桂贤反驳行动党指本届是全国大选而非砂拉越选举说法。他解释,在宪法下,砂拉越与联邦有着共同事务项目,即砂拉越与联邦皆分别享有50巴仙的权限!换言之,砂国阵必须善用那50巴仙权力,向联邦争取更多惠及砂拉越人的主权与发展。 “砂拉越的学校、医院,消防单位等都是联邦政府权限,而房屋、水利灌溉等则是砂拉越与联邦的共同事务项目,即砂拉越与联邦皆分别享有50巴仙的权限。换句话说,砂国阵必须善用那50巴仙权力,向联邦争取更多惠及砂拉越人的主权与发展。” 也是国阵实旦宾区候选人的沈桂贤抨击反对党,试图误导民众和选民,指全国大选只关乎联邦事宜,与砂拉越无关,这是不实说法。砂拉越有很多的发展事项,都必须从联邦那里争取拨款,难道全国大选与砂拉越无关? 他称,人联党如今已在砂拉越政治主流内,他本身也是砂地方政府与房屋部长,所以在很多房屋课题方面可以自行解决。至于联邦方面,砂国阵与人联党还是需要掌握更多议席,才有力量向联邦争取 沈桂贤希望砂拉越华裔必须清楚意识到,砂拉越的土著仍是砂国阵强大的后盾,砂拉越25个土著国会议席还是砂国阵堡垒区,鉴于此,砂拉越华人更不应该被排除在砂国阵政治主流外。 他强调,西马的政治局势已出现严重分裂,砂拉越必须借机展现团结,砂国阵的31个国会议席就是最强的谈判筹码。

Dr Sim: programs to help the people will be initiated if he wins

Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian said should he win this election, he will come up with programs to held the needy. With autonomy wrestled back , he said he will be able to help a lot of Sarawakians with oil royalties and a horde of other benefits.
