美里国席陈超耀对垒张有庆
人联党中央秘书长拿督陈超耀律师今日提名美里国会选区候选人，代表国阵争夺该选区。 其对手是公正党候选人张有庆，他也是美里原任议员。 陈超耀今早在人联党名誉主席拿督巴丁宜陈康南医生、史纳汀区州议员拿督李景胜及美里市长俞小珊的陪同下，前往提名中心提名。美里国席此次出现一对一战况。 美里国会选区选举官莫西迪是在今日上午10时30分，宣布美里国会选区的候选人名单。
陈康南呼吁美里选民支持陈超耀
人联党名誉主席拿督巴丁宜陈康南医生强调，拿督陈超耀是美里人需要的人民代议士。 他呼吁美里选民在第14届全国大选给予陈超耀大力支持，因为后者跟随前美里国会议员丹斯里陈华贵多年，向来在基层积极服务，知道如何通过政府管道解决人民面对的问题。 他强调，一旦陈超耀中选，美里人将会受益，因为陈超耀将会为美里带来许多发展。 “美里仍需要大力发展，因此需要来自联邦政府的经费。” 陈康南相信，砂首长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里也希望美里取得蓬勃发展，希望美里选民能鼎力支持陈超耀。
Datuk Sebastian Ting contesting in Miri
Over 3000 supporters turned up with Piasau State Assemblyman, Datuk Sebastian Ting, to file in his nomination today at about 8 am at the Miri Municiple council. Ting was also joined by former Party president, Tan Sri George Chan, who said Ting has vast experience as political secretary to former Tan Sri Peter Chin. Chin was a federal minister and MP before. Ting faced a straight fight with his former nemesis, Dr. Michael Teo.

Two leaders from two nemesis parties are fighting it out in Stampin.Chong Chieng Jen(Democratic Action Party ), state Assemblyman for Sentosa who is also the Chairman of Sarawak Pakatan Harapan, will tussle with President of Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP-BN), Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian, the Minister for Local Government and Housing. Sim, who is also the State Assemblyman for Batu Kawa. Both state seats of Batu Kawa and Sentosa falls under Stampin constituency including Batu Kitang which is under SUPP Lo Khere Chiang. 实旦宾在第14届全国大选出战党主席对党主席的强强之战。 砂人联党主席拿督沈桂贤在这个国会选区对上行动党砂主席张健仁，令实旦宾成为瞩目焦点。沈桂贤也是石角区州议员兼砂地方政府及房屋部部长，而张健仁是古晋3届国会议员，此次大选移师实旦宾出战。 上千名砂国阵支持者今早聚集在10哩巴达旺市议会大厦提名中心，为沈桂贤加油打气。在场包括首长署部长拿督达力祖基菲里和沈桂贤夫人拿汀王淑燕、母亲潘斯里沈林素卿。 沈桂贤在上午8时10分抵达，随同者包括巴都吉当区州议员罗克强、人联党公共投诉局主任叶耀星及拿督叶金来等。 他在此次提名抽中1号，而其对手张健仁则是2号。

砂地方政府及房屋部部长拿督沈桂贤出席2017至2018年度砂卫生局人员荣休感恩宴活动，表扬为砂拉越卫生及医药领域作出贡献的医护人员。 他在致词时，强调若砂拉越每年有额外150亿令吉来自石油与天然气领域收益﹐那砂政府届时也将能够为砂拉越人民做得更多。当中就或可包括让砂拉越也像汶莱一般﹑得以让人民享有相关的免税收福利。 他坦言﹐砂公共医药领域发展在经费方面面对重重压力，但砂政府已经尽力尝试给予帮助﹑并冀望做得更多。 “在争回石油与天然气权益后﹐砂拉越在该领域所取得的收入﹐将让砂拉越政府得以更好地发展境内的医院﹑学校及道路等基本设施。” 沈桂贤表示，砂拉越人民一年缴付的消费税及个人所得税税收﹐就大约介于30亿到40亿令吉的水平﹐而在取得丰厚的石油与天然气收入之后﹐我们也或可能像汶莱一般﹐也让人民享有相关的免税收福利。 他希望砂拉越人民能够把握机会﹐并共同确保有关权益能够回到砂拉越手中。
Dr Sim: apply for Rumah Mesra Rakyat 1 Malaysia
Minister of Local government and Housing , Datuk Dr. Sim Kui Hian have encouraged families in Desa Wira to apply for the Rumah Mesra Rakyat 1 Malaysia (RMR1M) scheme. The scheme is the best opportunity for the low and medium-income group in the area to own a decent home. The RMR1M scheme is funded by the federal government to provide affordable quality homes for Malaysians in line with the government’s national housing objectives.
