Getting help from the Salvation Army
Batu Kitang State Assemblyman, Lo Khere Chiang paid a visit to Fo Cho Fah and her children recently.
Fo who is a widow is not able to take care of her five children and currently residing at Mile 10, Penrissen.
Two of her youngest children will be send to the Salvation Army . The children are aged between 6 to 19 years old. The oldest is working.
Fo’s husband passed away in November this year.
The house was unkempt and the children were living in poor condition.
They were made to fend for themselves, looking for their own food.
Lo was appalled at the situation and the Salvation Army has been roped in to take in the two youngest children.
Lo who also brought along food stuff and called for the public to give a helping hand to the children.
